Tredz definitely have a great product range and their prices were very competitive so I decided to give them a go. I bought a £2,000 Giant road bike (exciting!!!) and the experience was excellent. The site looks great and was really easy to navigate + they also offer free delivery and 0% finance too. I received an email confirming the purchase and then a phone call advising of the delivery date. The bike itself came very well packaged and they also threw in a Tredz bag containing a small tool kit and a bag of sweets - nice touch! If you're looking to buy anything bike related then you can't go wrong with Tredz... 5 Star service."
"Their business is DISASTER!
I ordered items and paid (of course) on Sunday...i get my invoice and e-mail from them about my order. Another day (Monday), about 18:00h, I get e-mail from their CS to "sorry but we have no items yet and will send them in a couple of days". But items was IN STOCK when I ordered them.
And I sent them e-mail on Thursday and ask them "What about my order? Do you know when you will send items to my place?" and ask them if they can sand items until next Wednesday, 10 days after placing my order. There's no any answer...and then I sent another one and told them that I will open PayPal claim and want refund. I get answer very quickly then hehe and they told me THEN that they can send just 1 item, but on next Monday, and they don't have another item for me! And they told me that will make full refund to the end of the day.
BUT THEY HAVE NOT DID THAT!
So I sent them another e-mail message and ask them why they told me that and not did it. There's no any answer again.
I sent another e-mail again to them another morning and told them that I will place my review for them on resellerratings.com...and what? They make full refund very quickly!
So...I have to wrote them for bad review to refund my money back!
That was my first time and my last time to shop with Tredz!
Never again with them."
