"I just bought a replacement pole for a banner stand. I emailed the team and they replied within 1 hour which was nice.
On the website itself, I did notice that there is a red "Required fields" sign that shows up throughout the checkout process. While this is sometimes helpful, it sometimes shows up when it's not applicable. You guys could fix that.
Also - the product itself (the pole) only broke after 3 uses. But I did travel with it, so there is a change it got smashed on the plane.
Regardless, the fact that i was able to get the replacement pole pretty easily was nice - minus the $15 in shipping. But I understand that is what things cost. "

“Amanda, We don't usually offer renderings on flat rectangle items, as it's almost never needed. On our more elaborate displays that have curves and other shapes, we do offer it. For banner stands we offer both pdf proofs and printed proofs so you can check your art and color if necessary. We also offer templates so you know the file you're uploading is the accurate size.
