"One of their customer service guys, David, is empty-headed, ignorant about their own service. And this guy is rude, impatient and totally unhelpful.

One of their customer service guys, David, was very unhelpful and his attitude was really bad. This guy couldn't understand my question or pretended so. They are selling a tablet pc on ebay, which I have to use two credit cards combined to pay due to the high price and insufficient credit in any one of my credit accounts. He first let me either contacting ebay or paypal for the possibility (he knew nothing himself and didn't bother to do a bit research for his potential customer). I asked the ebay customer service about the feasibility of splitting one transaction into two. The ebay representative quickly replied and pointed out that the seller himself takes care of this issue. However, this guy named David was either too lazy to try to help me or too stupid not knowing how to make it. He just denied without a single reason (I asked, he just didn't reply). The following is some of this guy's reply: "If you want one item there is a one ebay listing and one paypal payment is could not be easier to understand.", "You did the research and the answer is no, unless I did not understand something?"

I will persuade my friends not to buy anything from thinkpadusa only for their awful customer service--their employee do not want to solve customer's concerns at all and are very impatient and rude.
