"Horrible experience from start to finish....I don't even know where to begin. We ordered from this company because the link said "Quick Ship" and when we called we were told our sofa would ship that day or, at the latest, the next day. When we called the next day, they could not locate our order but ensured it would ship the following day. This happened for 5 days straight. On the fifth day, when we threatened to cancel the order, they finally shipped our couch. The manager said he could give me $50 for my inconvenience on a $1500 purchase...REALLY?!? I fought that and finally got him to give us $100 back since it was so late and that still wasn't much. They were never accommodating, helpful or apologetic AT ALL. When I called to get the shipping number the next day, they told me I would only be getting $75 back...REALLY?!? I would never recommend them or do business with them again. I did end up getting the $100 back but it was not worth the nightmare. I wasted so much of my own time and money on this company for a mediocre couch that arrived weeks late. They have no idea how to run a company. Buyer beware. "

"Terrible terrible terrible.. buyer Beware !!! they charge you for your furniture / equipment even if THEY loose your shipment!!! if my situation isn't resolved soon I may be suing them to get my money back, no refunds and NO store credit for your trouble... shop somewhere else ! don't waste your time or even worse your money!"

"Ordered seating listed on their webpage. No secure page when entering credit card information. Several days after order completed, received a call that the item was out of stock. The offer was to up-sell to a much more expensive model.

Stay away from the bait-and-switch store.
