Emailed tcp and the response was — The reason for that is because our Factory Packed Restoration Shop colors do not match OEM colors by code. Those are colors that we made up here and just gave names to— so basically that’s how they con you out of hard earned money and time. Will never order from here again. What nonsense. And took 2weeks to get here. "

"I am a very inexperienced without much painting knowledge but I ordered a single stage urethane kit from them. It arrived packed well and intact. the paint sprayed well and looks great. It did take a while to harden compared to the Nason I used many times but it does look great after. Much better experience than what I had using the stuff from PaintforCars last year. As I stated, I am no expert painter but the results I got with this paint were really good. I cannot comment on their customer service as the paint was shipped and received in less than a week and I had no need to contact the company for anything.

"Received 4 out of 5 cans damaged and no marks on the box. Almost no packing material inside. They blamed the carrier although there was no damage to the shipping box. The products are solid, I think their warehouse staff may be under paid and overworked. The reply was just an excuse."

"I ordered birch paint sticks in December and they were great. I placed a reorder a week ago, and they were all warped and flimsy- obviously a different vendor than the first order- even though I ordered the same exact thing. I took pictures and reached out to customer service and they refused to do anything about it. They are also blocking my reviews from their page- showing their true colors and how they manipulate their reviews on their page to only show the positive ones. Awful product, awful service, NO integrity. "

"worst paint in spray can I've ever used, coverage is horrible, not to mention, the most expensive, 3 times to be exact, no paint should take 5-7 coats to cover, and NO durability, don't breathe on it or it will come off, the finish will even rub off with little effort, even after using their adhesion promoter, was told by their technical department it was no made to change color, says it was made to go over exact color, even though it states right on the can "change color", had their rep show up to see the problem, even though he was trying to be helpful, his resolution to this situation fell short, if you want a can of clear with a touch of paint in it for 16.10 a can, this prodict is for you, you need a great plastic/vinyl paint, go to Lowes and buy Valspar for 4.97 a can."

"Great prices on Automotive paint I cant buy locally, unfortunate that they are an impossible company to deal with if you have a problem, slow shipping, took them a week to process my order. they do not package products to UPS standards, paint was damaged in shipment, (was in a box with no packing, cans got dented, found them to be leaking when I opened the box) I called them immediately, they asked me to send pictures, I did, then they said open the cans and tell us how much paint leaked out and we will send you that much paint. I paid extra for insurance, I would think they would replace the product. Have been unable to speak with a manager, no one returns calls. "

"I ordered a tool from this company online after finding they had the best price while searching on Amazon.My order was processed and paid for and I saw the charge come out of my bank account.Three days later they hadn't shipped my item so I contacted them about it.After contacting them my order was cancelled bye them and they refunded me stating that they didn't have the tool in stock although it showed to be in stock on their Amazon listing.I emailed them explaining I could wait for them to get the tool in stock and got no reply,what actually happened is they made an error in their price on the listing and didn't wan't to admit it so they lied to me.If you are allowed to advertise/sell on Amazon you should have to honor your orders and take care of your customers I was not offered a discount or a similar item or anything."
