"I ordered 8 knives for family members with inscriptions right before Christmas. They were out of the color we had requested so called me and asked what other one's we'd like instead. They were very responsive to my requests, and even offered to up the letter counts on the inscriptions to make it look better. Then they called back later that day and wanted to double check because they noticed there were two inscriptions of the exact same. I explained I have two sons who have the same initials. "I am happy I found the Swiss Knife Shop, I happened on it while researching a planned purchase, to replace an old Bread Knife. The company I would normally have used, was very unresponsive to my needs or inquiries. Turns out they did me a favor.
The Swiss Knife Shop, carries the brands I prefer, are competitively priced, and even have engraving. I did have my new Bread/Deli Knife engrave, it was nicely done, a little larger than I expected, but that means I didn't need my glasses to read it.
It was engraved and shipped, in good time, and arrived a lot sooner than I expected, even with the Holiday effect, I chose the free shipping and was kept well informed.
