"I was searching on craigslist for tickets for the Yankees opening day this year since they went on sale direct, I am picky about where I sit so I like to knoe the section row and seat numberste not a lottery like yankees.com or ticketmaster.com ..almost every ad was a link to a website every website had the same tickets varying in price some with fees some without. anyway I called a few of the places no answer or a voicemail telling me to go to a website I click a link and it took me to stubdepot.com I heard of stubhub and thought it may be a ripoff on that based on a review I saw anyway I called and a person Named JP answer and said stubdepot this is JP how can I help you today? I was taken back that someone answered the phone anyway he help me get me the same tickets for a little a little less than all the other sites and stubhub. He explained how the business worked why you see all the same tickets on all the other sites he said there are 2000 plus sites that broadcast the same tickets they are all legit if they have a TND merchant you just may pay a little more and not get personal service. Stubhub is mostly the same brokers listing there He said no matter where I buy my tickets. Make sure to pay with a credit card or paypal. never cash, try to always get hard tickets not etickets (they guarantee all their orders) but like he said mistakes happen and if you buy tickets and get e-tickets go to event and cant get in
getting your money back is good but that experience is not. I like this place and will always go to them first or second as JP said always try direct first see what they have than come to us.

If you order from them they give you a big discount code to use on future orders. Now I am not going to say the price on the ticket was less than I paid but I understand I could not get the tickets I wanted direct and the price he charge was less than other sites wanted including stubhub. The reason I wrote this is because I almost didn't call when I saw a review JP also explained and knew about the 3 negative reviews stubdepot.com had.
