Consistently satisfied

"I have ordered 4 times from this site and each time they delivered quickly and the supplements have been great. I looked at their top 10 ones and picked from there, I also chatted their customer service and made sure the ones i was ordering were good. Happy I found these guys!

"I was looking for a fat burner all over the internet that was sold out and I was stoked to find it on their site. I received my order in 5 days and everything was great. Sold Expired Product

"I bought some preworkout that I thought was on sale, but was just expired product they were trying to get rid of. It was expired by over a year with only a small note saying "exp 6/18" at the very top of the page. I missed it and, even if I had seen it, I would think it was a sale date expiration if anything. I noticed the expiration date when I unpacked everything and immediately called them to get a refund. They refused. They offered to take it back, but wouldn't pay for the shipping, which would end up costing me the same as if I just kept it. So I just gave these guys $50 for **** I can't use and they won't do anything about it. I recommend looking elsewhere for your supplement needs."

Positive experience, fast shipping

"I was a bit skeptical ordering from this site given a lot of their low ratings, so I went with an initial small order of just one preworkout and checked out with PayPal. I was pleasantly surprised that my order, which I placed on a Thursday afternoon, arrived on Monday morning despite coming from California to Virginia. The preworkout was as promised, and my experience with it was on par with what the reviewers on their site stated. They carry another preworkout brand I was hoping to try, so I’ll be ordering from them again. "

"I was about to buy some andros from a different website by Iron Labs, or whatever it's called, but every website said they were backorders, so instead I bought Hard Rock supplements, like andro the giant, super mandro, and R andro on strong supplement shop. I received the order probably 3 days later and I purchased it on a friday. I bought some more from them to increase the dosage and same thing, received them a few days later. Haven't used their customer service, but there supplements and shipping seem legit."

"I paid $14 for shipping 4 days later the product still isn't here. I call customer service and all he can do is wait till I get my package and let me return it for store credit. They can't even refund my shipping! Scam site. Do not purchase from here."

bad customer service and anything to make a buck.

"I ordered a supplement from Strong on the 20th I chose to wait with basic shipping. After multiple delivery dates were missed I decided to call into customer service and see wher my package was. While on the phone we tracked the package and error appeared with my address. Mind you my address is confirmed through paypal and I really don't have any other issues with online shopping. Ryan the agent that picked up then admitted that in there system paypal doesn't transfer over easy. So after making excuses he says he'll have to wait to ship me out my item until they get theirs back. Thats bs anywhere. It was right after christmas I didn't want to be on the phone. So after i sent an that I was unhappy with the outcome and asked them to either ship me my item out immediately expedited because of the wait and honestly its sad that they want their item first that had nothing to do with me. I found that very selfish as they seemed to care more about them losing money than the fact they already had my money. So i wrote an email about how the outcome of the call was not acceptable and that they needed to ship my item immediately expedited because of the nonsense that had been this order. Joe replied with this: Hey Alexander,

No problem Alexander. We can go ahead and cancel/refund the order for you as soon as the package gets returned to us. We can go ahead and provide you with a full refund minus the costs of shipping (shipping is nonrefundable unfortunately as it is a service and not a product).

We're very sorry about the inconvenience but it appears that PayPal is actually the source of this issue because of the way they have your billing and shipping addresses written out. We actually do not enter or modify your shipping or billing addresses ourselves unless you are in fact placing the order over the phone with one of our reps (which does not look like it was the case here as your order was submitted online).

Ryan had admitted to the contrary and never asked me to pay shipping in any case becasue again neither myself or paypal was at fault. So Russell emails me while im on the phone with paypal. He says: Hey Alexander,

I listened to the phone conversation between you and Ryan that occurred on December 27th, and there was not any mention of him saying that we messed up on the address info or that you not receiving the package was a mistake on our end. Anytime we make a mistake, we own up to it and take care of it for our customers. If this order was not taken over the phone, then we did not physically put in the address info when the order was made online. Only the person placing the order online can do that.

He, as well as Joe, have explained to you how the address information gets transferred to us from PayPal.

Ryan even offered the option for us to reship the package free of charge, and possibly expedite it so you can receive it faster after it returns to us. and you had gladly accepted and did not sound upset about it on the phone. During that same conversation, you also mentioned that you have made mistakes when filling address info from time to time.

If you are unhappy with the service we are providing you, even though we are helping you to our fullest, then you have the option to cancel this order. Once it arrives with our shipping department, we will process a refund for it, and the funds will be put back in the account used through PayPal.

It's crazy beacaue i told Ryan that its been my fault in the past BUT that i had fixed it so that it never happened again and Ryan said "i see that sir im sorry it didnt transfer over our system has a hard time with paypal it doesnt always work." Russell for all I know could be an owner or supervisor or soemthing but he outright lied in our commuications and immediately tried to twist my words to blame me. I contacted paypal thank god for buyer protection. This has to be the worst company and most shady team i've come into contact with. DO NOT BUY YOUR SUPPS FROM THIS SHOP THEY LIE AND DO EVERYTHING TO NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY!

Buyer Beware

"I placed an order at Strong Supplement Shop on October 26th and still haven't received my $250 order on November 6th. It was mailed out the same day and then it was not deliverable and returned to them. Ryan at customer service emailed me back saying that I can just wait until it finds its way back then they can try it again. I emailed them saying to refund my money then Joe sent me an email saying they would have to wait until it was returned to refund my money and that if I wanted to I could go ahead and make the $250 purchase again until they can refund the original one when it gets back. It sounds like this is a common problem that many customers have experienced with this company. Wish I would've seen these reviews first. "
