"I placed an order for two photo albums and two packs of refill pages on Monday. On Wednesday, I checked to see if my order had been processed and if my order had possibly been shipped. I could tell nothing from the website and initiated the "live chat" process. I was told the refill pages were on back order and when the store received them, the entire order would be shipped. I asked how long that would take and was told it would be 1-2 weeks. I cancelled my order and my money was refunded the next day to my credit card. I would have appreciated it if the website had indicated they had items out of stock. It would have saved me two days time during the Christmas shopping season. What is more frustrating is that I participated in "live chat" during the process of placing my order and was never told they had itmes on back order. I wasn't told the items were on back order and my shipment would be delayed until I asked about the status of my order. That information should have been provided to me without me having to ask for it. "
