I will never purchase another Stila product after they have shown purchasers so much contempt.
Vote with my money...and I spend it where it is appreciated...elsewhere.

DON'T BUY FROM STILA ONLINE

"They lost my package in their warehouse, they never sent confirmation or tracking #. After 2 weeks I called and they emailed me the tracking #. I found out my package was never sent or delivered. I emailed and call them back. They told me deal with FEDEX! I filed a claim with FEDEX and FEDEX called me just to say they do not refund on packages that were not delivered or lost. They told me to call back STILA and ask for a refund. I called STILA and they said their file is CLOSED! THEY TOOK MY MONEY, LOST MY PACKAGE AND REFUSED TO REFUND. I AM NOW DISPUTTING WITH MY BANK."

First and Last Time I’m Buying

"They sent me a broken eyeshadow palette and basically told me to go f myself and refused to replace it. If there is any makeup brand that stands out to me in having the worst customer service it’d be Stila. "

I would give negative 5 if possible

"DON'T ORDER FROM STILA!!! I'm a professional makeup artist and spent thousands with Stila. I ordered $600 in makeup and when the package came I was missing 5 items. When I called customer service I was told I had to take pictures of everything from shipping boxes to products I received invoice packaging everything and email it to them. So then they could open up an investigation and they would let me know what they find out to see if I was right and could be sent my missing product. ?????????? Worst customer service ever and I hope this company dissolves. "

Do not buy from stila website

"Bought a few items, all of them not as described, feels as old, shelf time expired. The real colors dont match the site colors, and in addition they sent me colors i havent even order. If you want to return, you have to play for shipping, it doesn't matter if items you have received are damaged, wrong order or poor quality - you are responsible for return shipping. They give you only 7 days to return after you apply for rn #, and what i am experiencing with stila now, I am very much doubt there will be a refund. There is no such thing as customer service, they dont answer the phone, dont return your calls, only e-mails which looks like robot responses.
All lipsticks, glosses etc not as described, feel very unpleasant on lips and make lips look much older because it gets very dry on your lips. Be careful with this untrusty company.

"Well, lesson learned: you get what you pay for.

I made a large purchase during their Cyber Monday warehouse sale. I have been a fan of the long wear lip color for years - but the ones I ordered were dried out and no where near the color shown on the website. Stila will not allow me to return or exchange them because they are final sale. These products are not even close to the quality that the long wear lip color used to be.

This company is not standing by the quality of their products. Their customer service can't even answer an email in a timely manner. I used to love this brand, but never again. Ever since they got bought out the quality of their products has significantly decreased. I purchased five $6 lipsticks and only one is remotely usable. I really threw my money into the trash during this sale. I'm not sure if the entire brand has gone to junk or if it is just the items they were selling off cheaply during the sale. But I do not trust this brand anymore and will never make a Stila purchase again.
