"I placed an order in October. I was told several times it was delayed, and I said that was fine. I checked in once a month or so and eventually received no reply via email or text. I was completely ripped off. I encourage anyone else who was ripped off to file a police report with your local jurisdiction. They will then relay the information to the Shelby County Sheriff's Department (jurisdiction for Arlington, TN). I can't wait to see how this turns out!"
"Ordered from them in mid November, I got updates on my item being back ordered till mid December then, they refused to answer emails, Facebook messenger, inquiries from there websites. Finally mid February I posted on their Facebook page to get them to respond, and acknowledge they hadn’t shipped my item, still took two weeks for them to actually ship it.
I will not order from them again, the price was right, but 4 months to receive the product is ridiculous. "

"Delivery time is super slow 9 days to receive a package is a bit ridiculous had I ordered from Amazon I would have gotten it in 2 days or less as it stands it's still has not been delivered and I just checked the Post Office tracking and it says that it's undeliverable as it stands wrong address was entered apartment number 2045 is the actual apartment number this was updated on the account and somehow did not save so now not only did I have to wait the excessive time just for the package to get here but now I will have to wait for it to be returned to Sender in order to get a refund so I will be out $36 for more than 3 weeks not a great first experience"
