"Ordered a Xiaomi Redmi Note 3. It arrived 7 work days later, safely packed in bubble wrap inside a cartboard box. The service was nice, the tracking number was always updates, so that I could follow my order. Received the item in good condition, the phone was without any damage. So when I found out spemall takes care of custom tax in UK I decided to go ahead. I Ordered Xiaomi Redmi Mote 3 on 4th Dec and selected EU express as my shipping method, received tracking number on 8th Dec and received my order on 16th Dec. "it started with them giving me a dhl tracking number, which had no updates online. i contacted dhl and they told me the package was booked but had not been dispatched by seller and this a week after making payment, and as they always say it was in stock to ship immediately.
i contacted spemall and they said sorry and sent out the package after two days.

the worst part is this...

the tempered glass screen protect came broken, & I HAD TO PAY CUSTOMS TAXES OF MORE THAN $180, BECAUSE THEY DECLARED THE GOODS AS A DUMMY TOY!!!!!

"I just recently bought this smart phone and I am greatly satisfied. Firstly the shape and the wighth of this phone is quite nice, it is not heave nor huge. You can simply put it to your pocket and it will not jut out of it. Nor it is heavy so when you hold it for longer period of time you will not get tired. Unlike other smartphones I used, it surprised me quite a lot. Bottom buttons are great, the additional button for running applications is far more usefull then I thought. When you start this phone first thing you notice is home screen. There you can change everything like literary everything, from button to widgeds or apps. Shape or size of window. Display is quite good, depending on your version of android you can adjust brightness just from top menu. So there you have it, as far as I am concerned this is good phone for a good price.
Bottomline:
there are lots of Android phones of this price with similar description and hardware. this one has got good support for russian users like warranty and firmware so this was my main opinion why to buy it. you will definitely not regret this purchase

"Hi All,
Bought MIZ Z3 phone November 2013, arrived after 3 weeks and lots of chasing. Great phone but the screen developed and issue after 2months. RMA'd the phone paid for recorded signed for delivery. They acknowledged the delivery of the phone emailed me to confirm this.
Long story short, tens of emails of later and now February 2015 I still dont have my phone back. November 2014 they respond saying they will send it back but you guessed it they havent and the response today is that they have no knowledge of my phone at all. Even with the emails from them as proof they are claiming its not their responsibility!!!
here ends the chase for a 248 pound phone and another 50 pound sending the phone back.
Spemall are now ignoring me and not helping in any way.

So be warned, some products are great but the service is the worse i have ever encountered, if you have money to waste or want to lose then go ahead.

"Con este comentario pretendo dar a conocer a todos como funcionan los seguros de aduanas de las tiendas chinas en internet. Concretamente, el seguro de aduanas de Spemall.com. Y recomendaros a todos, que no lo contratéis.

Os cuento mi experiencia. El 6/6/14 compré un teléfono móvil en Spemall.com, contraté el seguro de aduanas y, para tenerlo antes, pedí que me lo mandaran por DHL. Pues bien, el resultado final ha sido que, he tardado 38 días en poder recoger el paquete. Y además he tenido que pagar 79,72€ de gastos de aduana, sin que ellos se hagan cargo del coste.

Lo que hacen, en caso de que te lo retengan en la aduana, es obligarte a presentar una factura falsa, por un importe muy inferior. Como si te hubieran reparado el teléfono. Si no lo haces, pues no te cubren los gastos. Pero en la aduana no son tontos, y después te piden los justificantes de pago.

Total, no me han pagado ni un duro. Y además he estado acojonado un mes, pensando en los problemas que esto me podía acarrear con la aduana (Hacienda).

Para presentar facturas falsas, no me hace falta contratar un seguro, eso lo puede hacer cualquiera.

Si alguno queréis, no tengo problemas en mandaros los correos intercambiados con ellos.

Bought at the start on 1/1/2014 Xiaomi Mi3 preorder.. Only on the 14/2/2014 they shipped it even that on mid January they said they have it on stock.. They told me for my waiting I will get free Xiaomi power bank but when I got the package it didn't have it and they just told me if I would wait more 10 days I would get it and now I can't get.. What a pure lie.. No problem.. Got the phone and after 3 days it got broke so for 180$ I bought screen for Xiaomi mi3 then after I got it I saw I couldnt replace it so I returned the phone with the screen to them and guess what? I paid 30$ for shipping+50$ for motherboard as they told me it got bad too. And until now the 15/7/2014 I still don't have my phone and they keep ignore me and tell me they didn't get it from the factory and every time I request them that they will send me a new phone they just ignore me."
