"Buyer beware. You can't speak to anyone personally on the phone. They want you to email them which they don't respond to. Once they get your money you are on your own and stuck with the incorrect parts. They charge you for the parts and then send you much cheaper items."
"Ordered skates according to their sizing charts; called several times, left voicemails, sent email etc and NOTHING. Finally, someone picked up customer service is horrible and they make you pay shipping even though is their mistake by misleading in sizing. "

Not only did they respond within 15 minutes, I got another email not long after. This wonderful customer service rep, Lauren, went into the warehouse and found what I needed.
