Great socks but hit and miss customer service.

"They have a great selection of socks however I had an issue with a backordered item. The first time I called I spoke to a very nice lady. She sounded very courteous, helpful and customer oriented. She was nice enough the replace the backordered item with another pair of socks to make up for all the trouble as the one I had ordered was discontinued and although they were more expensive she promised to ship them out asap. Two days later I had to call back as I had gotten another backordered email for the same pair or socks. The second lady I spoke to was very rude and unprofessional. She totally dished me and didn't believe a word of my previous conversation from 2 days before. Started getting very unprofessional and couldn't give any real solution. She had an accent so could have been a call center. A totally different experience as the first time. I ended up hanging up and called back an hour later. To my surprise and luck I spoke to the same sweet lady I dealt with the first time. She apologized for all the delays, mix up and total disaster with my order. She made everything right and made me feel like a valuable and returning customer. If I had not called back I would have never bought another pair of socks from socksaddict. "
