"DO NOT purchase from Sister/Metro Furniture. You will regret it. It took over 3 months for us to get our order and it was NEVER completed. First we received the wrong color. Once we received the correct color, not all the parts were included. Then, the WRONG parts were sent and they never remedied the problem. We were left to build parts to complete my son's loft bed. Also, they had us store the wrong bed for a month until they found another buyer for it. Rather than picking it up. Communication is a problem. No one answers the phone numbers listed on the order. They do respond via email after 2 days but English is not their first language and communication is often not clear. I would never buy from them again or recommend them."

"I ordered a daybed from Sister Furniture after having ordered the same one from another website, and having that order cancelled without explanation. I was concerned about it arriving damaged, especially since I had to rely on my son to receive the delivery while I was at work (and not knowing if he would document it properly, if there was any). However, the daybed was delivered within the delivery window, well-packaged, and without so much as a scratch! The daybed was easy to assemble, and looks gorgeous in my guest room. The price was outstanding. I would definitely order from them again!"

I had ordered this prior from another vendor and it was first shipped to the wrong address in another state and then send damaged as it was packaged poorly.
