"I had waited two weeks for this company to unlock my phone. I tried to contact them several times, every email I sent has gone unanswered. However, I did end up reaching someone who may work for the company? So if you have paid them and they cannot follow through here’s what I did. Find the email sent to you stating that payment has been received, and you should find a PayPal link in that email. Open it and sign into PayPal. Go to “resolution Center” and contact seller directly. I went ahead and put a claim in cause I tried to contact them directly on several occasions. A refund is in progress; it says wait a maximum of 48 hours for your refund. It has been 72 hours now... Horrible **** site. You can find better.
