"I purchased a scooter for my nephews birthday. When it arrived I wrapped and brought to the party. When my sister-inlaw opened to put together pieces were broken off. I emailed and did not receive a reply. Finally a week later I got a reply asking for pictures. I sent pictures and then another week goes by before i received a reply saying to return to them. I returned and they never sent me a new one or refund. They have a an F rating with the BBB's. BEWARE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!"

"This company is a SCAM please do read this and expect to get a defective product or never see your refund owed back.

I bought a child ride on jeep truck (like power wheels). They lied about the functions and capabilities of the product.

Their web site states: It is 12 volt engine and motor

The brochure states: it is a 6volt engine and motor

Their website states: The weight capacity is 100lbs

The Brochure states: 75lbs

Their web site states: it goes 2-4 mph

The brochure states: it goes 1-3mph

They are complete liars are many other things on top of that.

They will mislead, lie, and post on their website false information to make a stupid product seem awesome.

When i confronted them on all these lies they told me that what the manufactor states is not true because they tested the product and I should not believe the product brochure.

I GOT THEIR TELEPHONE NUMBER FROM AMERICAN EXPRESS BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE AN ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBER ON THEIR WEBPAGE. I JUST TRIED THE NUMBER AND I GOT A RECORDING THAT SAID "THE CELLULAR VERISON WIRELESS NUMBER YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH IS NO LONGER IN SERVICE"

"I placed an order with this company then I immediately realized that the model number was inaccurate. I requested a cancellation within 10 minutes of submitting the order to which I received no response. My three follow-up email messages went ignored for the next 2 days. After a 10 days, I received the item. I sent the item back and still did not receive a refund.

My advise: Do not trust this company - they do not deserve your business.

"SCAM SCAM SCAM! This is such a horrible company. Product that was sent was defective. I was told to pay my own shipping to send back. They admit they received the returned product and still havn't given me my refund. This was over two months ago! There is no phone number they can be reached at and they typically take 3-4 days to respond to email. I've sent them a dozen emails now, and still no money refunded! Bad, bad company. I sent my last email over a week ago and still no repsonse. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! DON'T BUY! All positive remarks from pricewatch.com are from shopampm themselves. Probably the same with this ratings site too."

"Order instructions were "If backordered, cancel order and notify me." On the tenth day account showed 09/15 Processing but still no shipping entry. After 9/23 inquiry, first response msg indicated "Your order has (now) been cancelled. Please allow 24-72 hours for pending credit to clear." Have since learned that Visa was charged 09/15 and a transaction ID Shopampm provides is 916118175. Lack of timely notification of status, and inability to follow instructions disqualifies this supplier on my first order. Their telephone is 1-***-***-**** for those like myself who find their e-mail less than direct."

"This company is a SCAM! I tried to order a spindle of blank CD-Rs from them for $51.50. After I entered my credit card number I got the message: "Your credit card has been declined." But in checking my account I see that they have successfully charged me for the full amount. Their email support mailbox is bouncing messages, and their phone number has voice mail that says not to leave a message because no one checks it! So, there is no way to contact them. It looks like I may have been scammed out of 50 bucks. BUYER BEWARE!

Resolution: After 4 days of trying, I was finally able to send an email message that did not bounce back. They replied 2 days later, saying that my card would be credited, and it was--but they tied up that money on my card for a full week. They are a really scary place to do business because they are so UNAVAILABLE for communication. I will definitely never order from them again.

"This company is a 100% SCAM. I clicked the button to finalize my order, and it re-routed me to the payment screen, asking me to input my payment ID again. I smelled a rotten egg. Logged out, gave it 5 minutes, checked the "My orders" option, and no order had been placed. What a huge shock when I called my bank to find that the money had already been charged to the credit card. Company phone number is, as far as I can tell, a fake number that never works. I will be taking legal action against this company in the future, but most certainly not buying from them."

I ordered on Jan. 22nd, (late afternoon), my order shipped on Jan. 25th, and arrived at my house in perfect condition on Jan. 27th. "Order was for 100 WHITE inkjet printable CDs, what arrived was silver on silver and I cannot print on them. I wrote to the store immediately and they never bothered to respond. I have shopped there in the past with no problems but I wasted my money on the CDs and had to order from someone else. Will NOT shop there again. I also believe they probably owe me money, too for an inferior, not as ordered product!"

"My order was a 50 House Band DVD+R disks. They shipped out my order in two days. But took USPS more than a week to have my order on my door steps (NYC). After I got them, I tried three different DVD burners, finally the third one was the lucky one. This highly uncompatibility was not the worst part. The worst part was more than 29 out of 50 disks could not use. "
