"Ordered a specific sewing machine foot and it arrived not appearing the way the photo on my monitor showed (wanted metal, received plastic). I intentionally paid almost twice the price on this website in order to get the metal foot, so when a plastic one arrived in the mail it had to go back. When trying to return the item, I was told they would refund the item but not all my shipping costs because I had paid more for priority mail. The cheapest option their website gave me was $6.40 priority mail shipping. When I told customer service this, they responded that my item weighed one pound so I couldn't ship it via standard mail... but at the same time, she had an option to refund me $2.50 for one pound standard mail, but couldn't refund me for the priority mail because they had a cheaper way to ship it back. I was told that the warehouse has listed this sewing machine foot as being one pound in weight! Anyone who has handled a sewing machine foot: Since when does it weigh anywhere NEAR one pound? The packaging for this foot is minimal too. There is NO WAY this plastic foot weighs anything close to 16 ounces, and it did NOT need to be sent in such a large box. BE CAREFUL with this online store! "
