"Amazing this place is still in business. Let me fill you in on my saga. It is now 3/11, I first started this journey on 1/11. I am not happy. First I had to call 3-4 times to get the order shipped, this took about 2 weeks after I had placed the order on the phone. They were nice enough to charge my card that day. They constantly gave me the run around (our system is down, we shipped it, call tomorrow). I was finally give a tracking number (even though the item hadn't shipped, they just gave me the number and a day later it showed up in UPS). So I go the box, found out that one item had been backordered. I will give them this, for the item I ordered it was a good price, and it does work just fine. I ordered a Clarion 925 in- dash dvd and a TTX7501 tv tuner. The tv tuner was the item on backordered. Total was about $1400, so you can see why I was so concerned about getting ripped off. Continuing on, about 2 weeks after I got the backorder noticed I called. They said they just came in and they'd ship tomorrow (I had heard this before). Days of calling produced nothing, they always said they'd ship it out tomorrow. I finally asked for my money back. No charge appears on my card. A few more weeks of calling every few days, nothing. I could check the card online so I knew when they put the money back. They never did, week after week. Finally 3 months later, I have my money back. (Amazing how they can charge the card the day of purchase, but not refund it for 3 weeks). Oh, I also need to add they charge me for shipping the 2nd item which was never delivered. At this point I could care less. I am just happy to have the majority of my money back. These people are crooked, lazy and basically worthless, stay away from them. "I ordered a CD player from this website on 11-FEB-2003 and still not receive my CD player. I have called them 3 times and each time they told me that I should receive the CD player in a couple of days. I asked them what took them so long and each time they told me there was some "human error" during the shipping process. I feel like this is one of those online scams because I know they lie to me about the "human error" 3 times!!!
I WILL NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE EVER AGAIN!!!

"Found this merchant through Yahoo Shopping. They had the merchandise I wanted at a reasonable price and their ratings were good so I placed an order for a car stereo for my husbands birthday. I had to make four phone calls chasing my merchandise even though my debit card had been charged the day I placed the order. I finally made my fourth phone call on 2/24/03 and was told that my order had been misplaced. The rude man I was dealing with told me "It is human error, get over it. Do you want the order or not, I don't have time for this." This is the attitude I received after being told earlier that day they would return my call, which they never did. Their merchandise is priced mid-spectrum so they have no business assuming they are doing, me, the consumer a favor. Needless to say, I did not take their car stereo and have since placed another order. It is terrible that my husband had no gift to open and they were completely took no responsibility for their poor business practices and rude client management."

"This is my second purchase from SBH. I have placed orders both online and over the phone. They answer their phones promptly and ship on time. An order placed Thursday was received the next Tuesday in MA.

I'm extremely happy with their service and prices, and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to a friend. Their prices are signifigantly lower than anyone else online.

"If all etailers provided the kind of service that SBH Corp. does, there would be no need for sites like ResellerRatings.com.
Our car club is just completing a group buy on radar detectors with this company and they is batting 1000 with the six of us that have already placed and received our orders. In most cases, in-stock items were shipped the same day they were ordered and all were received in excellent condition, exactly as advertised.
I would highly recommend this company for any of your car electronics needs.
