"DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!. I've made 3 purchases from savemore. 1 was a cvs gf that i could print and used (good). That was no problem. (The bad) The other 2 deals were giftcards for subway and autozone. The subway gc took over a month and a half to arrive when the site says 5-7 days to ship!! The autozone gc never arrived. It was over 2 months and I contacted my credit card co (American Express) through their online site and it was very easy to get reimbursted. I would NEVER buy from them again. If you google savemore.com reviews, there's another review site with a lot of people complaining about never getting their items!"

"I have also learned my lesson and will tell as many people as I can! I, too ordered a Subway gift card on 11/8/2011 and have YET TO RECEIVE IT!! (today is 1/20/2012). I'm also unable to get through to customer service. I've probably called in excess of 50 times, been put on hold and then they ask for my number to call me back. NEVER HAPPENS!! "

"Worst, avoid at all cost.
Bought PapaJohn's gift card on Dec 8th last year. Was told it will be ready after Dec 16th. Checked on Dec 26th, it showed up in my account, but when I click on "redeem url", got 404 error. Called multiple times, every time reached voice mail. Sent email a few times, was told it will be ready after Jan 3th, after that day reached, checked my account again, same error. Sent email again asking for refund. Got email response right away, saying refund will take 5 business days. My purchase was deleted from my account right away. Now two weeks past, not a single dime refund from savemore.

Savemore is an outright fraud, avoid at all cost.

"This company is the ultimate scam. I purchased a voucher 10/13/11 for a company named Accessories Direct, redeemed voucher on 11/10/2011 for 130 dollars worth of jewellery and to this day have never received my jewellery. I have attempted to contact both companies only to be put throught to voicemail on both customer service numbers (have left 25+ messages for both companies) and have never received a return call. Sent 20+ emails to both companies and have never received email back from either. They use their FB page for customer service I found out after period of time!! They both blocked me from their FB pages so I have no way of contacting either company regarding my order. Great companies eh!!!! Both are the ultimate internet scammers!!!!"

"This business is a joke, I have tried to order twice and had to cancel after waiting for two months for my order. Getting through their support number is a nightmare, I tried for several DAYS before final getting through and being told my order will ship soon. No thanks, CANCEL."

"Ordered the Papa John's Gift Card. Told it would be available for redemption on the 19th of December. It is now the 29th and I am still not able to redeem it. "I've ordered a few things from SaveMore.com. With this particular order, I was displeased with the vendor that was selling the deal, Feather Fashinista. I bought the daily deal, redeemed it, it took forever to get here (compared to a lot of online vendors), when it got here it was NOT a good product. I emailed SaveMore.com's customer service and they told me they'd refund my money! THAT is great customer service.

I also ordered the Subway & Boston Market gift cards and they came in the mail just fine. You need to go to your vouchers and "redeem" them and send them to your address.
