"Please do not trust this fraudster. They will never ship your item. They will respond to your emails until they get your money. After that nothing will happen. I have written bad review on their website. They have not published it. Only the good ones will be published. I think these fraudsters have given money to these people to write good reviews.

"Received damaged item, they took 5 days to reply and only to say to iron the product to fix damage. However a stain does not come out in ironing. I said to them to check my message. Then I sent another image with arrows pointing to the mark. Still they say iron and after explaining its not an ironing problem they took 4 more days to reply and said get it dry cleaned and they will give me store credit for dry cleaning. I said no I do not want to shop with you and then they said they will only refund 70% of the cost. That is illegal.

I ordered an outfit for my cousins wedding and confirmed that I needed it to be sent on time - gave them the exact date I needed it by. I contacted them the week before and got told it was in processing. I emailed 4 to 5 times after this and got one line responses stating it was in processes. In the end I had to go and buy another outfit because I knew I would not receive my order in time. I received it a week after the event, and the quality was unbelievable - the cut and stitching is terrible, and I will not be able to wear this outfit. I complete waste of money! "Beware! They torture u by making u wait on the product for months....and guess wht...after a month when u inquire abt ur order...they tell u that the product is out of stock! It has already happened to me 4 times....everytime i give them sometime to get the product frm manufacturer...and as soon as i ask for update they r out if stock....save urself...do not place order n suffer...they dont give u refund option...replacement only for the products tht run out of stock due to their bad professionalism...and to add a cherry on top...they ignore u...as soon as they see ur order is getting nowhere(...due to their fault...) u wud be banging ur head on the wall. the stitching is realllllly bad as well...they do not know how to stitch...i still have my stuff pending..i wish i cud cancel my order...but j knw those guys will not give me nthingn ...guess wht...i placed the order in may 2015...and they still havent finished it till now (aug 2015)"
"This is the WORST online order I have ever had the experience of dealing with. I had to threaten to call VISA and cancel my payment multiple times to have them process the order in the first place. After over a month HALF of it was finally shipped out. The products that arrived are poor scratchy fabrics, stones are falling out and they material is torn. I cancelled the rest immediately and still have no refund after another MONTH of waiting. They don't answer email they don't respond except to steal your money and send you crap months later. Get your things elsewhere, these people are THIEVES. "
