"I honestly don't think this is an actual store. I think they take your money wait for you to lodge a complaint and then take 2 dollars from you. Its apparently been working. Lesson learned. Never buying anything from somewhere that I don't search for reviews for first.

"Same as everyone else, order and payment went thru but I did not get confirmation from SainSonic.

I have ordered 5 pairs of SainSonic Zebra 144Hz 3D DLP Glasses. Payment has went thru the day it was ordered. However I have not received any confirmation and tracking on my order.
I have sent multiple email via you website link and I have call multiple time to HOT line a ***-***-**** and no answers. Seem as if this office is always close or no rep there to answer phones

Buyers beware it is now over a week since my payment went thru and no responds form Sain Sonic. I will give this another week before I file a claim with PayPal.

"In short, same experience as the other reviewers. Item paid and never shipped, upon contacting Sainsonic was offered the excuse that the item is not in stock - although the website was telling a different story. Have opened a Payapal dispute.

More details for the curious ones:
1. Order placed and payment made on April 1st. Item appears in stock at the moment of placing the order. A confirmation message is received, stating that the item will be shipped within 48h and notification will be sent once this takes place.
2. Nothing happens and no notification is received. I contact Sainsonic on April 9th and I get a reply in the same day stating that the item is out of stock and that it will take a few days to restock. All this while the website shows no shortage for the product!
3. On April 13th I write to them again, asking about the shipping and expressing anxiety and frustration for being mislead. Absolute silence and no reply from Sainsonic. All along, the item still appears in stock on the website.
4. On April 23rd I open a dispute in Paypal. Eventually I do get a sign of life. I'm being served the same excuse - the item is not in stock. All along, the website shows a different story.
5. 5 days later I reply and ask about the progress, reiterating that I want the item that I have paid for. All along, the website shows the item in stock, i could have placed an extra order if I wanted to.
6. On April 30th Sainsonic replies again, stating that the item should be in stock shortly (up to 7 days). All along, the website shows the item in stock.
8. 7 days after, nothing has happened. I assume that their reply is going to be that the item is not in stock (guess what, as I write this the item appears in stock - have a look if you are curious http://www.sainsonic.com/topping-nx2-ultra-slim-portable-audio-amplifier-headphone-earphone-amplifier-with-usb-dac.html).

So what we are looking here is an appalling business practice and dishonesty. More than one month after having paid them and I am yet to see the item ordered, all I get is excuses that don't even hold water. In the meantime, they don't even bother to explain why their website tells a different story or to update it so that other poor souls avoid falling in the same trap I fell.

"KEEP AWAY! It looks like this dishonest company does this to many buyers. Of course, I DID NOT read reviews before placing my order. I ordered on April 3rd, 2015. !0 minutes prior to my placing the order I was in touch with their support (Jason) who told me that I can order and that there is an extra 15% off for Easter (HAPYESTER). I placed the order and immediately sent the confirmation to Jason. From this moment on I stopped receiving replies to my e-mails. I After a week of nothing I wrote again and received a message that the unit is Out of Stock (funny right?), so I decided to wait the 2 weeks. After two weeks and unanswered e-mails I files a complaint with PayPal. Again the same sad story of the item being out of stock and a promise of an additional $5 discount. To put things shortly after a month NO ordered and PAID FOR item, an escalated complaint at PayPal. From what I read I will get my money paid less $2. We will see, but since this Chinese operation has an office in the USA I will file a complaint with the BBB. Hey, they may not do much, but they will keep an eye out. Who needs this type of situation for ones own hard earned money!!!"

"Do NOT EVER buy from these people!! tried to purchase a fm transmitter from them they took my money via paypal never shipped item after sending 2 emails they respond with they are sorry the item you ordered is out of stock, do you want to wait for it or do you want a refund, I asked them how long before it would be back in stock, never got an answer, waited 2 weeks filed a complaint with paypal and with in minutes got a credit memo stated they were crediting me my money -$2.00 adjustment fee, so now I have waited 4 weeks and lost $2.00. STAY FAR AWAY..."

"I ordered a Nova 6 in 1 microdermabrasion machine December 2014. my product came in a timely manner. when I got the product home the microcurrent led photon device stopped working. I tried contacting the sainSonic,they was very rude and unprofessional hung up on me several times. I tried contacting technical support still nothing this is a fraudulent bogus company do not order anything from them beware.

"I placed an order 2 weeks ago and the status still shows "processing". I used the contact us form about a week ago for status on the order and I have not received a response. I was charged for the order a couple days after the order was made. I don't know if my order will be fulfilled or not, but I do know that communication is terrible and fulfillment is either very slow or non existent.

My package arrived today with my order. I never did receive a reply from sainsonic, but the product did arrive in good condition. Now that I received the merchandise, my mind is more at ease and I'm willing to bump up the satisfaction I would give them a 2.5, but since I can't give a half star, I'll round up to 3. Be aware that if you order, it could take a long time and it may be very difficult to communicate with the company.

"I ordered 3 diffusers on 9/23/2013 from Sainsonic. I found it odd that I received a paypal confirmation when I did not pay through paypal. I contacted Sainsonic and was told everything was fine. After 26 days and no products or shipping confirmation, I contacted again to ask for a tracking number.I was given a bad tracking #. I contacted again and a few days later was given a tracking # that indicated my order had just then been accepted in CHINA for shipment. this was a full 3 weeks after I ordered so now I will wait another week or so before I see my order. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! BE WARNED! "
