"The only reason I gave one star is because I can't give it 0 stars! Purchased a rug from rugsville.com Upon deliver, I discovered it was too small. I contacted Rishi, who reordered the larger version of the rug. We returned the smaller rug at our expense. When the larger rug arrived, it was damp and smelled of mold. I contacted Rishi, who suggested I "lay it out in the sun". Since it was December, that was not possible. He agreed finally to issue us a new rug and did issue a call tag for UPS to pick up the moldy rug. The new rug never arrived! We have been in contact for over six months with the company. Many emails and phone calls have been ignored. We had to beg for a refund of the ORIGINAL rug, which we finally received, but we are still without a refund or replacement for the second rug. I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission for internet fraud, and encourage all others scammed by Ripoff Rishi to do the same!"

"I ordered 2 rugs. They were delivered in a timely manner; however, the color was different than what it looked like online so I immediately contacted Rugsville to find out how to return them. I had to call and email every day and was given the return instructions piece mail. They advertise a 30 day return policy and I returned the rugs within 1 week of receipt to Jaipur Rugs in Norcross, Ga per the instructions from Rugsville. Per my UPS tracking number and also verbal confirmation from a customer service rep at Jaipur Rugs, the 2 rugs were received 2 days after I shipped them back. It has now been 2.5 months and I have not received my refund. I will continue to email and call Rugsville concerning my refund."
