i made a mistake of purchasing 4 watches, 2 were inexpensive for gifts and 2 were expensive for me and my husband.
well when they arrived, we did not like them at all, they were really cheap looking (the expensive ones, the inexpensiveones were suitable for gifts).
so we send them back with the return label and about 10 days later noticed an alert from my bank that i received two debits. so i logged on to see two debits for $69 (the cost of the gift watches) not the $1150 (each) for the ones we returned.
so i contacted their customer service, assuming they had made some mistake and they state "no, sorry, you returned the inexpensive ones..)
so i answered, is that right? thats why i have the 2 gifts in my position right now, would you like for me to send you a picture of them??? in which they said they will have a manger call me back, its been 45 days of just getting the run around and i have yet to get my money

However, even with the packaging, the item was definitely fake. The shoes were not made of leather but cheap synthetic material with synthetic inner later that suffocates your feet.
I tried to return them the day I received them but the system tells me it's not returnable because it's final sale. Don't buy anything from this website that's final sale. There's no reason for a pair of $500 shoes to be final sale unless it's fake. Read the fine prints or simply don't buy anything from them ever!

"I've ordered a few items from this website and each time I've not been disappointed. The descriptions are good and the close up zooms help you decide whether to buy or not. I tend to be a picky buyer so I don't pick up most of the brand-name stuff that they list, but when I do buy, it's been good.

"I ordered several Luxury brand Kerastase shampoos and hair mousse. The bottles look real, but there is a clear bottle cap that does not match the bottle color. After inspecting, the scent is different than true Kerastase products. After using for over a year, my hair has had breakage and is drier than ever. Not to mention, one mousse bottle dispensing tip was broken upon arrival. There is no way to get the product out of the pressurized container. Despite calling customer service, I was never refunded any money for the defective product. I would stay away from this website."
