Buying Easy, Delivery Not So Much

"I had ordered from Rooms to Go two Jenson Beach Blue Power Recliners in early July and was given a delivery date of Thursday, July 9, 2020. The message also said I would be called two days prior to delivery. I received a message stating that the July 9 delivery was not happening and I should call in to arrange a new date.
When trying to confirm the rescheduled date by phone, I was told by a computerized voice that the confirmation number (which I was reading from my order) was not recognized.
I then went to an on-line chat with "Ric," who "found" my order and said that any July date I was attempting to make was no longer available and given the date of November 11, 2020. I said that if it could not be delivered in July, to cancel and refund the payment. He was kind enough to refer me to a site where I could make changes but the site he sent me to was the one I'd used to order the chairs, and I found nothing about rescheduling.
Finally, in the hopes that I could get an answer from the local RTG store, whose Internet site I had ordered the chairs through, I drove over. A brave act considering my age and the pandemic in full bloom. While the two people I spoke with were kind, considerate and polite but, with apologies, I was told that they were unable to help me because I'd ordered online and not in person at their store, even though it was what I thought was their website. Bummer.
So, here it is, mid-September, and the end of my patience. I have not received any notice that any of my correspondence requesting that the order be canceled was received, that the monies may actually have been returned to my credit card account, or that any attention has been paid to my request. Basically, I've heard from no person, no recorded voice, no email, nothing, other than "Ric" online and the Naples store in person.
Truly, I understand that things are more difficult because of the pandemic, and I don't like having to write an essay like this, but I have no idea what to do next. It was so easy to order, horrific to change date and, eventually, attempt to cancel.

"I was actually about to leave.....when a sales lady asked if I needed help. She immediately began to seek out the furniture I was looking for. Together we pieced together my bedroom furniture......Mylene Martinez 034484 understood what I wanted and may sure I got everything i needed for my bedroom.
