"So everything is always on sale..like always to attract customers...Then there's the expectation versus reality. I got lucky I got my money back but I know since reading a lot of reviews on other websites after mistakenly purchasing before checking that a lot of people did not get their money back or had bad customer service. I learned first about the website from my bestfriend, who by the way had made wishlist but hadn't made a purchase yet, after having made 2 orders on April 26 and then the next day and receiving the first order a week later that the quality and how the products were supposed to look indeed didn't. First let's talk about quality of their products.. they are not as good as you would imagine, second I received my items with stains and rips, oh and third, this one made me laugh with anger... the shoes I bought didn't look like I thought they would because instead of having the strap of the sandals go all the way around the back of the foot like they looked on their website picture they stopped halfway and had a hook and then kept going and you were able to adjust them but they looked pretty weird and I have never seen a shoe look like that. I immediately told my friend and sent her pictures and she was horrified and I contacted the people through chat and I tried to be as polite as possible so I could just get my money back. Also my second order arrived like another week after the first for whatever reason but someone told me that they would rush it and I kept the product which was a very cheap looking cardigan that looked uneven only kept it because I was irritated and didn't want to pay to return it... I just pull up the sleeves on it and call it good. Anyways I would tell you to stay from Romwe and never shop there!! Never!!! "
