"I bought a refurbished laserjet from recoupIT off EBay a few years ago and really liked it,(still do, 3 years later) so I stayed on their mailing list. I needed a laptop for work so I bought a refurbished Thinkpad. I'm a field rep so I need a tough computer to ride on the front seat of my pickup truck - very nice to get it for 90% OFF the original $2,000! This one was set up a bit differently from the others they were offering at the same time (3Gb RAM!) and they inadvertently sent me the wrong one. Easy enough mistake...they do all look the same.
So I got to call customer service and they were great! They set up a prepaid RMA and had the correct computer out to me promptly.
Not having an owner's manual I had a problem getting the wireless to work and when CUSTOMER SERVICE CALLED ME TO FOLLOW UP they got a tech to answer my question the same day. (Ah-ha - the little hidden "on" switch under the front lip.) It was great, personal service, and friendly, courteous communication. They obviously take pride in their work and their products. AAA+
