"Dreadful customer service. After pre-ordering a signed CD and waiting four months, I was finally notified that the item was onroute to their warehouse and dispatch was imminent.

The same day another email followed stating order cancelled. The reason given was because payment had failed, although my card issuer has fully checked the records and no transaction was attempted.

Contacting customer services was little more than pointless and my complaint was brushed aside by two different employees. After emailing management and repeatedly posting on Facebook I finally got an investigation (of sorts) into the problem.

However, my order remains cancelled - despite having waited 4 months recordstore did not try to contact me to resolve any issue.

Other people have also had orders cancelled without warning.

Avoid.
