bad services, bad management, bad sales rep

"This is bad services from sales to technical support even account management.
We signed the contract but the 1st installer did not do it right. I want to cancel the contact but they refused to cancel the contract and said because I signed the contract even though we've complained and requested to cancel since the 2nd days. Salesman, sales managers, account manager never return my call and my voice mails. Call centers can't touch the contract and have to route us back the branch office. Branch office managers have different versions of what's going on. They talked to me and told their peers otherwise. During the entire time, the 2nd technician came out to found out more issues but was asked by the branch sales manager to leave the site when he's tried to correct the problem. The 3rd technician came out to found out more issue and also leave the problems behind. They promised to call me but none of them call. I have to call in to follow up and was transferred around or hang up.
