"I ordered 4 lens. They told me I needed to increase transport cost which made it uneconomic. When I asked to amend my order no response after four attempts, so forced to pay an additional amount to get my original order. If that had been original price I would have changed. Fingers crossed goods arrived."
"I ordered 3 lenses from them over the last month. All shipped quickly, and they did everything they could to help me get what I needed before my ski trip. I was super impressed and Leo was great to deal with. Very happy with my lenses and will continue to order from them in the future. To those that are complaining about return policies etc. Do your homework before you buy a lens. Not the companies fault you don't know what you're doing. Also I am Canadian and the shipping was quick and easy (about 2 weeks)."
"They will email you offers that they don’t honor. Once you email enough to force them to do it, they nickel and dime you with shipping and fees to the point the discount is completely useless. Their customer service makes it seem like YOU are the **** for expecting them to honor the deals that they set forth, and all over a relatively small amount of money. "Very dated company. Old website, old return policies. You better be sure the lens is absolutely exactly what you want or you basically have to eat the cost with the restocking fees and requirements to return. You are better off looking on amazon, Ebay, or backcountry. This site has the same prices and poor customer service. "
"I ordered two ski goggle lenses off their site. They emailed me saying there would be delivery delays and to confirm I still wanted to place my order, which I did. They responded quickly and shipped the order, which did get to Canada in a reasonable amount of time.
But the lenses didn't fit my goggles, even though the description on their site says "These lenses are a direct replacement for all Cadence and Transit goggles" (which I have). But in reality there are different models of these goggles.
I've contacted them a few times over the past few weeks about fixing their content, and a return/refund. But they are now ignoring me."
"I ordered a new pair of goggles from one of the big co-op sports stores because I had a gift card there. I wanted another lens for the Smith IO/7's and found prolens.com. After realizing they were one of the few who had the lens in stock with the the lowest pricing and free shipping I placed the order a day after my online goggle purchase from the big co-op. I found the earlier reviews on here and became concerned after I placed my order and worried I may be in for a not so good experience. However, many ski gear forums recommend prolens.com so I decided to wait. Within a few hours of placing my order, I had a shipping confirmation number! The lens arrived yesterday and was perfect!! The funny thing is this order was placed after my goggle order. The goggles were shipped from a location that is physically closer to me, by far, than the prolens shipment. The lens arrived yesterday and my goggles wont even be here until tomorrow :(. For me this was a GREAT EXPERIENCE and I would highly recommend prolens.com. The pricing was unbeatable and extremely fast shipping. I just want to add that I am always skeptical of reviews but I was not asked to write this, I have no connection to this place but with the great experience I had, I think it's important to list it given the other reviews on here."

"I ordered a couple items from prolens.com. I received the first item in a somewhat timely manner however I never received the second item which was anti-fog spray. I checked my order on line and it stated it was back ordered. I tried contacting prolens.com repeatedly via email and calling after a couple weeks to get an ETA and never heard anything back from them. They charged me for the spray and never shipped it and won't answer the phone or reply to any emails I've sent asking about it.
After almost a month I finally sent an email telling them to cancel the backordered product and to give me my money back. 3 days later I finally got an email indicating they removed the product. I'm checking my account waiting to see if my money gets refunded.
Definitely not a professional retailer to do business with! I would think twice before ordering anything from them."
