I worked with Amanda in customer service and she went out of her way to not only tell me more about the Predator but personally made sure I received the cue early! I have ordered from Pooldawg many times for minor things but ordering/buying a cue I wanted to get more info on the Predator. Amanda was very helpful regarding the cue I picked. "

"Absolute garbage company, with little to no customer service to speak of. They take no accountability to right and wrongs and take no fault for their poor service. I ordered a cue from them with all the bells and whistles and a couple days later I get a phone call after they have allready charged my card, that they do not have my cue in stock. Over a week goes by, and the cue they say they do not have in stock is still listed for sale and in stock on the website and the only discount they offer me is a 9$ discount to wait the two months for my cue to come in. I basically have to demand my shipping be refunded on top of it to at least make up for this major error, they agree and offer me that. I accept it and I wake up today to an email saying they are now canceling the order in general and cut me off and have a good day. Basically too bad so sad. I am furious and will be putting a rating on every available form of social media as well as EVERY pool torunament or pool hall I attend. Complete trash.
P.S I have to wait over 2 weeks now for a refund to be processed whatsoever so ordering another cue is gonna be weeks of from and actual worthwhile company."
"Bought a Meucci MEEX04 pool cue which retails for around $700. When I received the cue the black dot shaft did mot match the diameter of the **** by approximately 1/16". Also the finish had several cloudy areas on the **** and even the meucci logo had a cloud in the finish. I own a less expensive meucci and the fit and finish is excellent. Either the cue was a knockoff or meucci is doing a terrible job now.
I see pooldawg has relished the cue on their site, but I would have thought they would return it to meucci to scrap or refinish it.
Won't order here again as it cost me $20 to return it."
