I could not have had a better experience than i did. My item is still on its way.
But the service i received was above and beyond in a very stressful seemingly impossible situatiion where no one else had what i needed and did not care. Even the original manufacturer.
I said a prayer took a deep beath and called. I got Krista. I cannot say enough about her intelligence, compassion, and willingness to help me. I literally, because of a plumbing fixture am left with absolutely no water. So truly at the end of my rope. No more "fight" left to find the correct roman tub set with inner parts that were supposed to have a lifetime guarantee. And still no one would help after a week in this situation and hours of searching.
All i can say is Krista is/was amazing and an assest to this company. I hope she isnt unnoticed for her dedication to superior customer service and basic human kindness. This small act changed so much for me.
My suggestion...check here FIRST for any plumbing fixtures. Best prices best attitude and i highly hope this review helps someone else.

When I called to correct the address AGAIN they said it would be a $17 charge for them to correct with their warehouse (my original order was only $20 to begin with) which was outrageous. Purchased two Moen items since the store seemed to be reputable, and paid for overnight shipping as I needed them right away. Items did not ship for 3 days, so I emailed for a refund. No response.... but magically items showed up a day later at my door, no longer needed.
Emailed for a return label and refund, and was emailed a return label. Sent items back immediately, and now its been over a month and still NO REFUND!
Tried calling their number, and was on hold for over 2hrs until I gave up.
You cannot get ahold of anyone that works there. Email is once every two days.
