"I saw the web site and browsed through. I saw some stuff I could use at very attractive prices. Since this was my first time shopping here, I did a web search to find reviews of the web site. Most were negative, but I dug a bit deeper by reading all the reviews. Most of the reviews were complaints about the shipping time. Let's face it, China is a long ways off from the USA and if you are not paying a lot, you have to be pretty dumb to expect the item to arrive in less than two weeks. Some of the other reviews mentioned issues with the item purchased, those concerned me more. So I took a calculated risk and placed an order. I was pleasantly surprised when my order arrived in less than two weeks. Unfortunately my order was not as expected. One of the two items were incorrect. So I quickly shot off an email asking them to fix the problem. I got no answer. So at this point I would say you are taking a big risk ordering from pickegg. Most of the stuff you see on pickegg can be had from other more reputable companies at similar prices, so I would use others before thinking of using pickegg. "

"it's wierd to read just bad things about pickegg.com.. i'm from Chile and i already place two orders.. it take a while beacuse we are so far but it's comprensible...
The best things of pickegg are the very low prices and the time limited section, there you can find a lot of cheap and nice things.
In the last order i recieve a broken laser, i re sent it at my cost but i'm really happy with the compensation. If you have any problem, check the time when the "live chat" service is available, talk with Megan, she is very helpfull and nice.
In a short time the customer service has been improve as the webpage so i'm glad to buy here, i hope to read more positive reviews.

"Ordered a set of red speed stack cups but received pink instead. The irony is that this happened with one of their customers previously, yet it is still happening. They made good with the previous customer - sending him another set with the right colour but for me, they are only offering a 5% coupon off next purchase. Sorry pickegg. No more next time(unless they step up to the plate) so this resolution is as good as none."
"Pickegg is awful they do not have customer service. Phone numbers are fake . Watch out this is a bad company.They do not respond to emails. I ordered an apad and got it quick enough but it does not work wont charge or hold a charge never even got to turn it on. I tried to contact them but that is why I'm here."

"Horrible! I bought an antenna cover for an iphone 2G b/c a few people had given it them a good review. I placed an order on jan 26, and after three weeks of waiting i finally tried to cancel my order through paypal. Pickegg refuses to cancel the order and refuses to refund my money, saying that they're "on a 40 day holiday". Now I have to wait an additional few weeks for paypal to review the claim and MAYBE get a refund. To put it into perspective, we're talking about $2.16 USD that they are absolutely refusing to refund. I'm so glad i didn't make a more substantial purchase from them, I definitely feel they are untrustworthy and would avoid dealing with them at all cost."
