GE Dish washer lower rack - DOESN'T FIT

"Bought a replacement lower rack for GE dish washer. It didn't fit. Lower wash arm hit against the wheel assembly
and froze the arm (wouldn't rotate). To return the item, I had to pay return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. It has to be shipped back to state of Washington (I'[m in NY). Priced out USP and USPS and it cost more to return than it cost to buy, I'm out my purchase price and the item is going in the recycle trash. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

No return policy nor cooperation

"Run away. You better have no issues and be 200% sure the part you order is correct. Otherwise you will lose your money and your time. They are not a normal honest business they are shady and profit from the lack of help. Plus they are located in WA state. Think about the shipping you will have to pay if you need to. You have been warned!"

Wrong Part Sent; No offer to fix situation

"I have a Frigidaire dishwasher. I ordered a product labeled Frigidaire BASKET SILVERWARE 2 - Part# 154749502. The silverware basket that was pictured on the PartsIPS website when I ordered the part was the correct silverware basket and would have worked as a replacement to my broken Frigidaire dishwasher silverwate basket.

What I received from PartsIPS - listed on the shipping box as an "Electolux Basket Assembly, Silverware, W/2" and on the packing slip inside it is listed at Product "WCI ***-***-****" from "Pick List 3363712" - however, was not what I ordered and did not work as a replacement basket for my dishwasher.

I called PartsIPS, and all they would say on the phone is that I would have to email them with any issues related to the product received. Over email PartIPS wrote that: "We did mention on website that we will send out substitute part,” which was a lie, as the product page did not use the word substitute, and PartsIPS has made no offers to send the correct part or provide refund for my purchase. Second, even if it did say "substitute part" - which it did not - the part sent me is not an acceptable substitute for the order. For example, when compared to the Frigidaire item I am replacing (which was shown in the PartsIPS product page picture when I made the purchase), the received basket is not long enough, it does not separate into three pieces, the plastic separator between the first two and last two segments of the basket is too high and on one level, it does not have as many basket segments to hold silverware, it is an Electrolux (not Frigidaire) part, and it does not fit well in the Frigidaire dishwasher. All those deficencies makes the part sent to me NOT a substitute, and certainly not an acceptable substitute, for the Frigidaire silverware basket, and NOT an acceptable replacement part for a Frigidaire dishwasher.

TERRIBLE

"Placed an order. IMMEDIATLEY called to cancel. Person on the other end who sounded like they were on a cell phone said just send an email. I had already sent one. I told him that. He said they would take care of it. I got shipping information the next day from them. Replied to that email to cancel. Package arrived and I refused delivery. They've not responded to one email, but they refunded me LESS the amount I paid. I'm assuming for shipping fees even though I called and emailed to cancel within 5 minutes of purchase. I've already started they dispute process with on my credit card. Do NOT use this company. "

Don't buy from these guys

"Do not buy from these guys Partsips. I placed an online order yesterday and realized I ordered the wrong part. I called their "Customer Service" line within 10 minutes of realizing the mistake. The agent said he couldn't cancel over the phone and all I needed to do was respond back to the order email requesting a cancelation. I did that within 12 minutes of the order. No response. I sent another response within an hour asking for confirmation. Again no response. I awake this AM to a shipping notification. I would have ordered the correct part and been a happy customer with a great experience, but instead of just handling a simple correction over the phone, they just wanted my money. Horrible customer experience. There are many alternatives out there and suggest you use them and not these guys."

Worst service in the country

"Ordered my part on 19 Apr 22. Part was shipped, UPS 3-5 day ground, 19 Apr 22. After waiting 2.5 weeks, looked up the delivery with UPS and found they had delivered the part to an address California, not Colorado. Attempted to contact PartsIPS via phone but no one answered for 10 tries. FINALLY, Curran answered and said he would look into the missing part and call back by COB. NO CALL BACK!
Called PartsIPS again and FINALLY got someone to answer, John. John looked up my missing part and said I didn't send them an email stating the part wasn't delivered. WHAT BULL!
NEVER BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!

SHOULD HAVE READ REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING

"I placed an online order and within 4 hours i realized i didnt need the parts. I called them to cancel but was instructed to email the order desk and cancel that way. Was told id receive a confirmation email. A confim of what exactly? That you got it or of the cancel? The cancel i was told. I called back half hour later to check and they said id receive an email that it was cancelled. Well that didnt happen and received an email 24 hours later that it couldn't be cancelled and here's your tracking #. They wont respond to emails and Visa wont dispute the charge as PARTSIP site says its "at their discretion to cancel an order" do not order from these scammers"

"Order the wrong part, that was on me. But to get them to send me the right part was a nightmare, I was even willing to keep the part I ordered by mistake as long as they send me the correct part which I had paid for too. No communication whatsoever, the phone number they have listed appears not to work or they simply choose not to answer customer calls, never again!"

Shipped the Wrong Part Promptly: No Response to Calls & e-Mail

"Their listing shows the part I need, but when I ordered, they shipped a different part. It's related to the right part, but won't work for my appliance.

I sent e-mail and got no response.
I called and got the "disconnected" tone with a message that my call had failed.
I called again and got a fast busy tone.
Rinse & Repeat.

Pros: They ordered the part from a nearby warehouse and it shipped the next day.
Cons: It was the wrong part and they do not communicate with customers who would like to receive the correct product.

fraud company

"order part for my cook top online and 10 minute later i realized that i dont need that part its already there so with in 10 minutes i emailed them to cancel my order it was evening time. I waited for reply of my cancellation but didnt receive any untill next day so i called talked to live person and told him about my order and cancellation email he assured me that my order will cancel and we will not ship it , same night i received email from PARTSIPS that my order has been shipped. I was confused why they shipped when i canceled it. emailed them back they said dont accept package by ups but the problem is they leave package at my door if i dont need to sign for it. Now they are asking me to pay for shipping package back which i will not do because i cant give any more of my money to these fraud people. Looks like they dont have enough business thats why they are trying to cheat people this way. DONT EVER ORDER ANY PART FROM THEM THIS COMPANY IS FRAUD........

BEWARE

"I bought an expensive control panel for my microwave. when it arrived the box had the right part number on it but the part inside was not the right part. I contacted them and the wanted a photo so i sent it then they said they would pass it to the refund department and then they "ghosted me" I called them and they answered once and told me that the "refund department" would contact me. From then on when I called they hung up. I have sent many emails but no answer."
