"As a healthcare provider, I find it incredibly shameful and disgusting that vendors such as OverHalfSale.com are using this deadly health crisis to profit. When I originally placed my order for hand sanitizer to keep my patients and myself safe, nowhere was there a notification that the order wouldn't even be processed for 10-21 business days. It took 5 messages to Customer Service to even get that information. So while I get that we're all busy in this time of crisis -- I'm trying to keep my patients healthy, safe and alive -- this vendor is profiting off my patients' needs by holding my money for 2-3 weeks, making interest off it, without having to do a thing for it. Shameful. Disgusting. Revolting. "

I tried to reach the customer service over the phone but it is not working!!! After that I contacted PayPal to dispute the charge after I paid $13 for the return. They don't write back, they don't send pre-paid shipping label, won't issue refund in spite of at least twenty communications that have gone unanswered.
In terms of returning the items, once you say that the item doesn't work, it becomes their expense, and the submit button doesn't work!
To date, I have not received a shipping label, a refund, an explanation, nothing.
I would never deal with them again, and I shop online exclusively!
