"How sad one of my little girl's will be tomorrow morning when they run in for Christmas & one of them gets the pretty princess rocking chair they both asked for & the other one gets this green & pink tea kettle chair!!! We ordered two Princess Deluxe Rocking Chair by Guidecraft...We got the boxes in earlier this week & like most people waited until Christmas Eve to unpack everything to put them together. How unfortunate!!! Will never do busines with a company that can't even ship two of the same items...& to top it off, the one princess chair had a big crack in the arm!!!"

"Ordered an item from Orange Onions via Amazonn on December 4th. The item was shipped and arrived, but it was the WRONG item. I called, they said they cancelled the order and that FedEx would be coming the next day to pick up the incorrect item. In a few days, FedEx had not come and I got ANOTHER item from Orange Onions that was the same WRONG item. Finally got those packages sent back to them and a few days later, I get a phone call from a random person in a totally different state that said she got two random packages sent to her home, from Orange Onions, and that my name was on the packing slip! All of my personal information was on this packing slip, and I didn't even order anything else from Orange Onions! I will NEVER order from them again. Be warned!"

"I would not buy from them. Once was enough and I totally regret it. I ordered a Tassimo coffee machine as a gift and learned after giving it as a gift that it was not operating properly. As I purchased it through Amazon I submitted a return request - thinking that as with Amazon that they would send me a new one without waiting for them to receive the damaged one. Well Orangeonions does not respond to your return request until after two business days. As this is a gift I don't have the luxory of waiting two business days so I called. There is absolutely no way you can talk to anyone. I don't want to go to a store and simply purchase another Tassimo as I am concerned that Orangeonions will refuse to refund me my money leaving me no choice but be stuck with an additional machine. This is beyond frustrating! Customer service needs to seriously improve with this company because I won't use them again! "

"Ordered a "NEW" Tassimo single-serve coffee maker for a Christmas present for my daughter. While the shipping was extremely fast, the coffee maker arrived and is in obviously very used condition--wear marks, scratches, the whole shebang. Was not even in the original box for that particular model and the bar codes on the box had white labels added over them. Needless to say, I can't get Orange Onions to respond by email or telephone to return the damn thing and get my money back. If I had wanted a used coffee maker, I could have bought one locally on craigslist and saved the shipping cost. Their ad clearly stated this was a "new" item and it was so obviously not. They will not get my business again--obviously a shady business."

"If you are looking for honest, fast service I would NOT recommend ordering from Orange Onions. They waited an entire 7 days before shipping, after they had already confirmed that my package had been shipped 3 days after I ordered it...LIE...My order was "processing" for quite some time, even though they had received their money immediately from me. The CSR Reps seemed to all have "smart" attitudes...putting it nicely..Not the kind of company I will EVER do business with in the future...Take my advice, cheap? Because you pay for what you get. Pay the extra $5 and save the headache."

"I was very disappointed with my orangeonions.com experience. I ordered a 30" Plush Teddy bear as a Christmas present for a Grand Nephew. The delivery was fine however the merchandise was not. It totally appeared that the bear had been recycled. There were pieces of red fabric which obviously had been sewn on the front of the bear for some purpose other than what I ordered. Whatever was there was ripped off with small pieces left attached to each knot. It really surprised me that Orange Onions would allow this type of quality control to exist. I tried for 2 days to speak with a representative and was willing to give them a second chance. I have yet to speak to anyone and am now waiting for authorization to return the bear for a refund. Not a pleasant experience and I probably will make no further effort except to obtain my refund. Thank you for asking my opinion."

"Called company on the 15th to confirm order. All is ok they tell me and that my son's toy will be in by Thanksgiving. The CS even chuckled when I asked. My son was waiting at the door each day and wanted me to call to follow up. So on the 18th I call. I am told the order is "pending" I ask if there is a problem, the CS checks with the "warehouse" and tells me the is no problem and that it will for sure go out today which is Friday. She will make sure. On Tuesday still no word so I call again at 10:32 in the morning. I am put on hold a truly long time, the CS comes back on asks for my number and will call me back. Not a good sign. 4.5 hours later still no word so I call back. After being on hold again for what I consider a long time the CS comes back and tells me that the toy will be there on Friday. No reason just I am sorry it is taking longer than you expected. I tell her it is not what I expected but what I was told. She then offers me a refund. A refund? How can they refund if they already sent. I am thinking they sent it today after I called, that is if I'm lucky. She did not even give me a tracking number. I asked who told her it would be Friday. The warehouse. Truly beware of this company. I would avoid buying from for Christmas."

"Ordered on Dec 13, 2010, got tracking number on Dec 15. And today is Jan 12, 2011, and the order has not even been dropped off to USPS. Emailed customer service on Dec 28, 2010, and they responded by saying it takes upto 3 weeks for order to arrive. So waited until Jan 7, no package. So I sent them another email, no response. Another email next day, no response. Called their customer service number, no response. This is my first order with OrangeOnion, and it is going to be the last one."
