"Purchases a product got bogus creams items sent instead . Cannot get hold of them there is an automated emailed stating their system is down etc. tried again and same email response

"On Dec 7, 2019 I rec’d an order from Nutriessential. I had ordered three of one expensive product to use over the next six months. Sadly the expiry date on the boxes was 12/19. ie. I was sent products with imminent expiry dates. I talked to John at Nutriessential who promised to send replacements. I never rec’d them, and could never reach the company again. I left at least five phone messages over ten days and sent several emails. Very unprofessional. For on line ordering, customers rely on the company to send products with decent expiry dates. Furthermore, we rely on the company to follow up and correct their errors.
