"I got a quote of $35 but at then end was charged $28. I called to verify that this is correct and Andrew (the customer service rep) stated the amount is $35, but as is evident from the amount paid, the actual payment was only $28. I am somewhat dissatisfied because Andrew stated I would be charged the $35 and yet I was only charged $28. Now I don't know if the coverage I received as a nursing student in California is the right one. I am still lost and will have to call back. I hope this time I get a service rep that can better address my concern. "
