"It came in 14 days from china, everything I ordered arrived in all the correct specifications. The selection is wonderful and the prices are phenomenal, especially when they have things on sale. They frequently offer lots of coupons, one of which I had forgotten to apply and the customer service representative applied it afterwards anyway! The gemstones are gorgeous and the prices can't be beat, I'm kicking myself for not trying them out sooner. I was admittedly skeptical about the website look and a few bad reviews i saw about some people not receiving their items but my experience has been the total opposite, everything came in the specified time and quantities. I was initially sceptical, but wow was I surprised!!!
First time I shopped at nbeads I was a bit sceptical, as the site looked a little bit dodgy to me.
But I risked it and brought heat I needed as I couldn't find it anywhere else.
and to my surprise...
ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT. Quality is great, I got lots more than I expected of my product. The pricing was fantastic and they offer lots of coupons and deals.
The second time I went back, I brought some ribbon and got like 804 METRES for only $8 and it has been a massive save for me.
I also looked through their clearance items and picked up a few extra goodies.
To my surprise the quality of the items are just superb.
I won't ever be shopping elsewhere for my basic craft supplies, ribbon, beads etc.

This time, I bought new gemstones ( jasper, garnet... ) and they look amazing. Very good quality and price. Antique bronze charms , they look amazing too.

I was shocked how quickly the package arrived, from Hong Kong to Canada in 3 days then 2 days to clear customs and duty. All 90 items I ordered met and exceded my expectations, the colours beautiful, the variety amazing, the quality perfect!!
