"The customer service was the nastiest I've encountered. They lied to me and tried to use those lies to keep my money after I decided to cancel my policy with them. They said they can't cancel the policy, but luckily my husband is an attorney who sues insurance companies, otherwise I would have been completely oblivious to their lies about what is and is not legal in canceling an insurance policy. I don't want to give money to a company like this and I am still battling to get them to cancel it and refund my unused money.

Its just like the beginning of the Incredibles Movie where the insurance company tries everything in its power to keep screwing over their customers.

I find their greed, unkindness, and lying so ironic since the insurance they cover is for alternative medicine practitioners and yoga instructors. "
