"Ordered a product and paid. It never shipped. I emailed, and they claimed they were restocking and it would ship at the end of the week. They have since ceased replying to my emails.

I placed an order for $319 on March 5 2012, the shipping date for the order kept getting pushed back and then on March 16 they contacted me to say that my order had been cancelled and I would be getting a refund.

Even after repeated emails to them asking them about my refund I still have not gotten it. It is now a month later and they are not returning any of my messages. I assume they are keeping my money.

"I bought an iolite portable vaporizer with a 1 year warranty from Amazing Electronics (Vape-store on E bay). It didn't work properly so I returned it to them as instructed by them on May 24 2011. Despite their repeated promises of sending me a new unit it is now Aug 10 2011 almost 3 months later they have not only failed to send me a new one, they are keeping the one I already paid for that didn't work. All of their phones have been disconnected, and they don't respond to emails. That is bad business practices, fraud, definately a scam, and possibly a case of theft. I have contacted iolite head office, The Better Business Bureau, Visa, and I am now considering filing theft charges if this is not resolved. I want a refund from these dirtbag scam artists, *****DO NOT TRUST OR HAVE ANY BUSINESS DEALINGS WITH AMAZING ELECTRONICS!!!******"

"Ordered a Nano Premium on March 10th. Not shipped as of March 22nd. Called and they said the units are shipping within 10 days of being ordered and mine would be shipped right away. Called again today, March 28th, 18 days after equipment ordered and VISA charged and they again said the equipment would be shipped "later" this week. When I asked them to confirm that I'd have the equipment within one more week, they won't and provided a refund.

This equipment continues to be shown one their HOME PAGE as their special, and it states on their home page, "Availability: Now Shipping" which is a complete lie!

the only reason I bought from them is the very few reviews online were all positive. that should have been a warning, there are very FEW reviews online, if they are so reputable, there should be LOTS of good reviews. but there isn't. Warning!

If only I had known my neighbor bought his before I ordered mine, I would NOT have ordered it!

the neighbor says the box worked for a few days, but has been non-functional now for several weeks, and there is no response from sales or support on any issues or help on anything!

so this dealer ripped me off for $180 for product that was never received, doesn't offer any support won't return calls or emails and even if I had received product it wouldn't matter because it doesn't work anyhow!

I want a refund but I can't get any response from the seller!
