Took a few times to get my account unlocked so I could make a purchase. Not sure if this was a bad day for their site or what. Usually no issues like this. Once those issues were resolved everything was normal and I was able to make my purchases without any issues!"
"It took a little under three weeks after ordering to ship to the US and the whole time I was not able to track the package at all so I wasn’t sure if it was going to come for sure. It wasn’t packaged the best but it made it. Luckily the items I ordered were what they said they were."

It took over 4 days before my order was even packaged and a shipping label was created. All other aspects were great but took to long to even box up the items. "

"I asked for my order to be shipped in cardboard boxing for multiple orders in the notes, and they failed to follow instructions. They're plastic boxes dent every time and ruins my items, why give the option of notes if they're not going to listen to their customers?"
