"Shipping & Delivery is the issue here. While my items show to have shipped on the 14th, here it is the 23rd, and no delivery! For various reasons, I had them shipped to my business address, and we're closed on Christmas Eve. So, in the unlikely event that the items are out for delivery, there will be no one to accept. Very disappointing when it is supposed to be a Christmas gift! AND why does UPS delivery suddenly switch to USPS? There is no mention of this when ordering, which in my case, messes up the entire process."
