"I originally placed the order via phone, because their prices was the lowest on the Internet for what I wanted. Boy, did I learn that price alone shouldn't be a sole consideration. Part of the items were back ordered. Nine days later, with no update email, I requested a tracking from them. They replied that the items should be arriving that day or the next and then they would ship them out. 27 days later (5 weeks after original order), still no package, no email, nothing. I did another tracking, they said the order was LOST IN THE SYSTEM, and that 2 items where there, but the other wouldn't arrive until 2 months and 4 months (respectively) later!!! I told them to ship what they have, they said they would ship them the same day. After I inquired again, they said those two items that was supposed to ship did not because the printed order DID NOT GET to the shipping manager, they said it would ship today. The items didn't ship until two more days later. At this point, it was 6 WEEKS from when I ordered, until I got half my order. AND THEN, they forgot to ship the cables that were supposed to come with each item. I called back, they said they made an error, that shipping would be free on the cables (DUH!). Another 4 days, I got last of items for half of original order. (TOTAL time 6.5 weeks) The other items were canceled. Instead of just crediting my credit card, they sent an email that a refund check would go out and I would receive in 3-5 business days. THIRTHEEN business days later, still no check. I called, they said that it had NOT been sent yet, that there must have been a MIX UP, that their policy is to do checks instead of crediting back a card because it was FASTER!? and that I should receive the check in 5-6 days. Still waiting on check....
In my 8+ years of ordering hundreds items on the Internet, this is by far the worst experience I have ever had!! I highly recommend NOT patronizing this unprofessional "business"!!!!
