Markertek sales + web logistics staff got the item to me UPS Second Day Air, no up-charge.
This is when a "5% lower price" elsewhere on the web is meaningless: Markertek had the item in stock, and delivered it faster than we'd expected.

"I make my own audio cables. These are the best audio connectors ever made -- they are rugged, durable, and accident-proof. They can take being dropped on a hard floor, and will not short out very easily as the actual electrical connection points are well-tucked away inside the body of the connector. The shell is tough...*nylon*...(I think), and will last many gigs. I suspect they will survive almost anything except an elephant sitting on them.
The only caveat is that you need a special screwdriver -- a Posidriv #1 -- to tighten the metric screws on the internal wire hold-down points, or you will strip them out. I'm not certain if Markertek sells those; I will have to check.
That all said, I highly recommend these Neutrik SpeakON connectors. I would not even think of using anything else -- not even compatible connectors from competitors. "
