"In October of 2020, I prepaid Marinemax to service my SeaRay boat. The service WO#119561included annual maintenance and replacing the fuel gauge. When I picked up the boat, the tech said the replacement fuel gauge had not come in yet and that he would call me when it did and make arrangement for installation. I exchanged emails and text with marinemax until May of 2021 on replacing the gauge. In May, I sold the boat and emailed marinemax to just cancel the gauge and refund the money I had prepaid for the gauge and installation. Marine max service manager, Jerry said he would not because his records show the gauge was installed when the boat was serviced in October 2020. He (Jerry) is not responding to my follow up emails. I have the paperwork to back up my story (email trail) . I sent copies to the service manager and just said no refund

Bottom line, do not trust MarineMax Kemah service department! I have no problem with the quality of their work, but their ethics are not good.
