Product must be over priced

"When comparing prices (including shipping costs) with other sign sites,I left my order in my cart. I thought I found a better price and purchased else where. Then I received an email titled "Come Back & Save Up To 50% On ALL Items In Your Cart!". So don't be sucker and pay full price. Leave your order in your cart and get the non rip-off price!"

Poor experience

"Ordered three magnets to use on my son's car during his COVID-style graduation "parade". We were shorted one magnet. I called and they requested I send pictures of the shipping box, so I complied and sent. Then, the best they could do is refund me for the item I did not receive. A month goes by and no refund. Followed up again via email chain and no response. Had to call the company again. They admitted refund not applied, although they don't know why. Awaiting refund yet again. I don't expect my whole order free, but the fact that the only resolution they offer is to merely refund me the item I didn't receive seem weak. Even a small additional credit would have went a long ways to making up for the fact they messed up...multiple times. I suppose the name of the company should have been a warning sign. :("

Worst printing company online!!

"Purchased two auto magnets for my new business. When they arrived I received one half of my order. They had sent me another customers magnet. The magnet I did receive was so horribly printed I am shocked that is passed QA/QC. The image was blurred like I had been drinking all day and couldnt see straight, the letters had ink slings around an inch long. I understand manufacturing errors but what made this worse was they have no customer service. They said they would correct the order if I paid to have them shipped which was an additional $17.25 as if this was my fault they ****. They sent me a partial order and expect me to pay for their wrong doing. Anyway had to file a claim against them via Paypal. My words of advice is that I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND doing business with these scammers!!"

DNOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

"These guys are scammers. Do not make a purchase from Magnetsonthecheap.com if you want a functioning car door magnet. It most likely will NOT work! I purchased 2 car door magnets to advertise my online business and neither magnets will sick to my car door. They have no magnetic ability whatsoever and are completely useless to me. The company refuses to give me a full refund arguing that my car door must be aluminum made vs steel made. Unfortunately they only mention this fact AFTER the sale - there is NO MENTION of this on the website prior to making the sale so the trusting consumer like me gets screwed. They offered to refund 40% of my original purchase price. STAY AWAY!!! I should have known better. When a company has the word “cheap” in their name, I should have known what I would be getting. They are deceptive, intentionally misleading, and crooks. Spend a little more and buy from a reputable source. Do not do business with these people. You’ve been warned."

Made it Right

"I found this company browsing for magnetic vehicle signage and I figured this was too good to be true but none the less placed my order based on my design. I order two door signs and four magnetic stickers and was amazed the total was just $18! Then I had free shipping due to a promotion! When my order was late I contacted the customer service department and Valerie jumped on it and just a few days later I had my order, not as I expected but ten times better! I love it when a business gets it right. I have been recommending MOTC to others in my field and can attest that you will not regret ordering from them."

Left tape on photo

"I placed two orders and have only received 1 of them. The order I received has black ink smears and they left the tape they taped the corners down on the image very disappointed in the shabby work I was excited to put my logo on my car to promote Suicide Awarness but Im to embarrassed to it looks like something a kindergartener did actually I take that back a kindergartener would have done a better job"

Should be called magnets on the crap and customer love? Hardly!

"I ordered two of the large heavy duty signs for a customer and had them drop shipped to his residence. He was initially pleased upon receipt and sent me a photo of him standing next to his vehicle to show me his gratitude for quick professional service as he was anxious to get his business up and running. Now keep in mind his business was mobile car detail. The photo showed it had been raining but he only applied it momentarily to show me. They were removed and not placed until the following Monday on a beautiful August day. Within moments of entering the highway and accelerating to nearly 50mph the driver side sign flew off the vehicle. Had he not been looking out his rear view he would have lost it for good and this would have been extremely bad as this company expects photos of defect to replace or refund their items. So my customer had to pull off the road, run out onto the highway to retrieve his torn, and scuffed up sign.

When he contacted me I looked up the info on the company to get him a replacement and followed protocol having him send me photos. I sent a lengthy description and waited. No response. I looked up the company reviews and saw many customers dissatisfied with how customer service handled issues. So I forwarded my initial email and asked if I needed to add my complaint to the long list I had recently found to get a response? NOTHING. It wasn't until the companies bot sent me a customer satisfaction survey and I roasted them that I got a response and it was ridiculous!

It was obvious they had taken the time to go back and review my email as they made reference to the photos, but they didn't read it thoroughly. First... they called me Mark (my customer's name, which was not in the email, only the drop ship address) not my name, Renee, which I signed my email.

Second they made reference to the vehicle being wet from rain, I had explained in the initial photo was taken just to thank me as well as making clear to avoid any confusion from that photo, (as well as the art being for his business) that the customer was a car detailer by trade, he would certainly be sure to make sure his car was clean and dry before application.

Third I was told that the magnet I chose was actually for Semi trucks not vehicles. I actually went back to the website for this one. On their site they show a side illustration of a midsize car. When you select your magnet size it increases to show it proportionately on a CAR DOOR. You can chose to see this sign on a car or a truck. The large 18"x 24" magnet actually states "For Trucks, SUVs and full-size vehicles" NOT SEMI TRUCKS! No where does it mention SEMIS.

So now I'm getting angry because this "customer love" as they call it is down right obnoxious. They offer to either replace the one at the size or send me two smaller ones but I will have to pay shipping. NOPE. I am not paying shipping because the magnet did not hold. "Trevor" was making excuses and not good ones after ignoring me for several days.

Then it gets even better... I received the email at Friday at around 11am. I responded around 12 noon. by the end of the day I still had not gotten a reply... so I went back and reread the bottom of the email and I kid you not it said this:

"* Note * I'll be responding to any emails on this thread within 1 full business day. I am in the office every Monday-Wednesday. If your email arrives after that, you may not receive a reply until Friday or Monday. I apologize for any inconvenience that may cause. Please don't hesitate to call the number below for more immediate assistance."

So he is in the office Monday-Wed... so if I respond after that I may not receive a reply until Friday or Monday? WHAT? He didn't even contact me until Friday morning! If that wasn't crazy enough... I called the number when I got home from work as I am Eastern time and they are Central so I had some time to get a hold of them and their robot sounding answering machine (not even human or customer love like) said they were closed early for a team building event and I could call tomorrow and they would be happy to serve me. "Trevor" wasn't aware of this to tell me hey btw we are closing early today?

And on the contact us section of their faq page it states they are only open Monday-Friday 7am-9am CST seriously? They can't be bothered to be in the office more than 2 hours 5 days a week? That can not be correct so they should also make sure their website is a bit more up to par.

This company is a joke. There is no love in the service. I am convinced the vast majority of positive reviews are paid or fake as the negative ones are much more detailed and believable. I am an individual who works with many wholesale printers offset, screen printing, sublimation etc as well as media outlets both print and digital and I will make sure that the truth about this company is circulated.

There was no record of them with BBB good or bad, I have now filed a formal complaint, they will have one now.

Magnets on the cheap with a "customer last" mentality

"Well you get what you pay for I guess. I will pay more for good customer service and I will also take my business elsewhere no matter how great the product if the customer service is poor. I haven't even gotten the product. I sent an email and called regarding the product and they told me "oh well" basically. Do not use. Hopefully someone else reads these reviews before making the mistake I did."

Appallingly poor customer service and quality

"My company ordered 250 vehicle magnets. The print quality was terrible, with registration issues and alignment issues on almost every piece. I've been buying print for years-- this order would be deemed unacceptable by ANY reputable vendor. I contacted the company, eventually being put in touch with "Jason E" (no last name... wonder why?) of the laughably titled "Customer Love Team." I was told to take some pictures showing the issues, which I did willingly and quickly. A bit later, I was contacted and told that a representative sample was not enough, that a photo of EACH OF THE MAGNETS was necessary. Thus began a month long exchange of emails and phone calls which seemed to lead to a dead end.

I say "seemed," as one call reached someone other than the attitudinal "Jason E." This gentleman, "David," seemed to find the matter as ridiculous as I and said I shouldn't worry, he would see to it that a refund was issued. Time passed... no refund. I called to ask about it and was told ONCE AGAIN that I would need to take pictures of EACH OF THE MAGNETS. At which point my blood pressure began a precipitously upward trajectory...

I called the company back and explained (none too politely by this point), the situation and asked to speak to someone at a higher level and CERTAINLY NOT to Jason E. I had to leave a message and was told I would get a call back in 24 hours. Of course, said call never materialized. But, I DID get an email from... none other than Jason E! Yes! Potentially the least helpful person on the planet and clearly someone for whom the customer is never right and never comes first. THAT'S who responded to my request. You can imagine my joy at reconnecting with him.

During our conversation, he refused to let me speak with anyone else, told me the call would GO TO NO ONE else and would not give me any information whatsoever regarding his superiors, of whom there must be vast numbers. Again, the complete lack of a "customer first" mentality is the ONLY discernible quality I was able to pick up from Jason E. That, and the kind of arrogant attitude one only sees when the the person displaying it is hidden away behind the complete anonymity of a call center number and an initial for a last name.

If Jason E. is truly a representative of this company, then they have much bigger issues than extraordinarily poorly manufactured magnets.
