"Read all the horror stories AFTER we purchased an item and then they 'went out of business' so we are processing a chargeback through bank now.

Good riddance - the owner seemed extremely unprofessional so it's about time.

They charged my VISA after 1 day!
I've never received my order!

I asked my bank to have my money back!
The worst company of my entire online buying history!

"Ordered on a Sunday expecting item to ship Monday and be received Tuesday. Took me until Wednesday to find out it would not be shipping because despite the fact they were promoting the item and even offering special discounts, they had NEVER had any in stock at any time (new product).

I tried to cancel the order, but it appears they went out of business before they got around to responding. One story published on the web says that their assets were seized by the California State Board of Equalization (the state tax people). At least this bad apple has finally been chucked on the trash heap.

"Oh my...the worst customer service I have ever faced. I ordered 2 FireXpress 525DX, its a chasis that allows you to add an internal IDE drive to a system thru a firewire or USB port. Macs 4 All had a good price so I thought I would give them a try. I placed my order on a Wed. because I needed the items on Fri. so I requested 2nd day air. First they charged me a ton for shippng, 37.80 to be exact (I bought 3 WD hard drives from tiger direct with next day air and it was almost half the cost), and when I tried to find out a tracking number I could not find anythin. I contacted their e-mail "Customer Service" and got no response until late in the day stating that they would provide a tracking number on Fri. Well I did not get the number until late Fri. and tried to find out what happened, the only response I got was the same response about the tracking number. I then called them and got a sales rep that said he would look into the problem but he told me I could not talk to anyone in Customer Service. I finally got the items, Late Mon., and one was broken, after numerous, close to 10, e-mails and several calls to a sales rep that would never call me back I finally got a call from the manufacturer of the product providing a RMA. Macs 4 All never would contact me back and has refused to pay for any of the shipping back of the defective part. So now I'm dealing with the manufacurer who is helping but I'm paying to ship the damaged product back and I won't get my replacement part till sometime next week...today is March 27. I sent Macs 4 All an e-mail stating my utter contempt for their service but still no response. When I talked to the sales rep last time I asked to talk to a manager, a customer service rep, a VP or a President and was told that there was nothing that could be done.

ANYONE THINKING OF BUYING ANYTHING FROM MACS 4 ALL...THINK AGAIN, IF THE PRICE IS LOWER YOU WILL END UP PAYING MORE IN THE LONG RUN.

"Ordered a Miglia Take Two on 11/29. Finally received the unit on 12/22. Unit never worked and returned it for service. Repaired unit didn't work either. Distributor agreed to refund money and credited macs4all's account when repaired unit was returned on 2/26/03. Numerous emails and phone calls have not enabled a visa credit as of 3/12/03. Distributor and manufacturer were extremely helpful, Macs4all has dragged its feet from day one."

"Failed to ship on time. I ordered in good faith. Since I was not told otherwise, I assumed adequate stocks were available. I paid extra for 2-day shipping. Got no shipping notification and received no merchandise in the specified period of time. This is unacceptable. Only wish I'd checked your site before placing my order."
