"First, we paid the full, regular price for the Breeze airbrush system because we opted out of their auto-delivery makeup subscription program. They sent us 2 auto-delivery shipments anyway, each containing 2 bottles of makeup for $39.99 each, they automatically deducted the payment from our bank account.
You can't tell when you first look at the bottles after they arrive in the mail because the makeup is stuck to the sides of the bottle, but if you let the bottles sit upright somewhere undisturbed for a while, you can plainly see that the bottles are only 1/3 to 1/2 full. I have 5 factory sealed bottles of Luminess Silk 4 in 1 foundation that were sent less than half full. That includes one of the bottles that was sent with the unit. The other bottle that was sent with the unit was opened by me when the unit arrived so I didn't get a chance to notice how much product was actually in the bottle.
Trying to contact Luminess at their customer service phone number or email address is impossible. This company is a scam."
"I had seen this being advertised on TV for a few years. Being a tomboy I was not all that concerned with makeup and if I did wear it , it was not any more than some mascara and eyeliner. Well I am getting older now and have black and blue showing up under my eye's that make me look older than I feel. So I decided its time to get serious about a beauty routine. I found that applying foundation is heavy and rubs off on my clothes. Living in Florida I wear white and its not a good thing to be out somewhere and find part of your face is rubbing off onto your shirt collar. I saw the ad once again on TV for Luminess. I decided that I was going to find out if in fact it does what it says. It does! I now can put on makeup on my entire face and its not feeling like I did. I am learning all kinds of things about contour and colors that look the best for my skin tone due to the webinars that they have on a daily basis to teach all about you the buyer and their products. There is also a blog and you can reach them by phone as well as the 1st shades I picked with my kit were not right. They sent me what I needed right away ( 2 more shades) which are now correct. They have a shade matching guarantee. As I re - read this I realize I sound like a commercial but I am a real person that thought I should give you an honest opinion about my experience. I do not wear makeup on a daily basis. From here on out until I cancel I will be getting my makeup sent to me on auto ship every 4 months. Normally its sent out autoship every 2 months. The prices are cheaper than what I was using and lemme tell ya, that is music to my ears. They sent complimentary mascara and it is much better than the Estee Lauder I have paid 28.00 a tube for for the past 20 years. theirs is only 10 a tube and its bigger. The tanning system looks fantastic as well so no more going to do that at a salon. I will be able to do that right in my own home as well. Really happy I got my machine and the products are quality as well. "
