"Tried to order a TrueBlue dongle for my PS3.

Very slow shipping, no communication at all (= zero response on my emails).

According to the website it says and I quote:
"Normally order will be send out in 1 working day when payment received.if product out of stock,it will be take more 1-2 days to get in stock."

1. The item was in stock, I checked before ordering.
2. I placed and paid for the order on the 26th of January.
3. It's now the 1st of February and item still hasn't been shipped.
4. Order status incomplete or not working correctly.

On the 30th they started to collecting my 'products', which is only a single USB dongle. Apparently they got tired collecting this 'big' order and decided to postpone it to the 31st of January, because my order is now again on "Collecting Products Now" again...

Bottom line: If you need something fast, do NOT order at Lightake.com. You are better of paying 2 or 3 USD more somewhere else, where to do ship fast and give good service.

"i did NOT receive my orders.
1stly, I sent an email asking them to sent my orders to an alternative address other than that in my Paypal as I can't change my country setting on my Paypal. They made a mistake and sent to my Paypal address instead.
2ndly, they said they need to wait for the package to be returned or wait another month or so b4 they can resend.
3rdly, they claimed they've resent to the correct alternative address 1-2mths later.
Lastly, I've still NOT received my item.
ALL the replies thereafter keep telling me to wait, wait, wait as the mail may b held up at some place. They can't offer a solution.
I've very little hope of ever receiving my order. It has been >4mths since I've 1st ordered. Now, they've stopped correspondence with me.

"Oh, frustrations. :(

Silly me. I bought a tablet from Lightake for $180. It was awful. The screen was peeling off, there were bubbles and dirt trapped under the actual screen, the edges had scratches, dents and "imperfections" to put it kindly... there was a depression in the center of the resistive touch-screen, and when it was on and the screen was black, one corner glowed white.

So, I sent it back in the hopes of getting a different tablet. They said they'd reimburse me for shipping up to $20, or if it was more, they'd reimburse me for 50%. They then went on to INSIST it was shipped express airmail with a tracking number, which from Canada was $80. But I figured, fine, $40... I'll survive.

After I shipped it as per their request and sent the receipt, they replied (in broken english) that it was "too much" and they couldn't reimburse me. (At all??? Still haven't been able to clarify this point, or if they intend to reimburse me any money for shipping at all..)

All I want is a different tablet, and will even pay more to get the one that I want (though I've paid more than enough already in my opinion), and this morning, customer service refused to send me anything except the same tablet.

I mean... what's even going on here!?

"Their products come OEM "bulk packed" which means no documentation, instructions etc, only a plastic bag with a stock number, no brand or model #.

Their WiFi antennas are advertised with a phony DBI [receiving power or gain] number. The ones I did receive do not work as well as the smaller, lower rated original ones I attempted to replace. They will go in the trash.

I ordered from this "seller" Zhou Zhengsheng on October 30 2011, paid for them with Paypal and as of today I have not received all of the items.

I did not receive a tracking number as promised.

I did not receive an invoice detailing what I ordered, only a total price.

After complaining about the slow delivery I got the tracking number and received some items November 23 2011.

With no warning, it was sent signature required so I either had to take off from work to sign for it or go to the PO and pick it up.

I asked about the missing item and I was told "11/8/2011 2:56:47 PM Do Partial Shipment 29791 will be shipped next time" When is "next time"?

Nothing was shipped so I chose a substitute, EDUP 10dbi SMA Wireless Antenna WiFi with Magnetic Base, on 11/15.

I was told on 11/24 "And the sku 29791 will be shipped to you this week , pls wait it"

Nothing was shipped as of 12/3 so I demanded a refund.

Beware of these people. They take your money in advance and do not produce as promised.

"I ordered two magic cubes from Lightake and absolutely happy with them. Reasonable price, good quality, free shipping!

I live too far from China and was absolutely surprised with the delivery (less than 3 weeks to deliver the parcel from China to Ukaraine)!
Customer service is amazing: always fast and informative.

"Do not buy from this company! Terrible customer service,
blame customs for missing item. They will not refund or
resend if the product is defective. Better to shop with
other websites like Focal Price, Deal Extreme, even

"Really great support guys. I've bought the phone (Meizu M9) there in the past (in spring) and when two month ago its touchscreen got accidentally broken, Lightake kindly agreed to help with the repair (as I live far from China, it would be about 2 times more expensive than repairing directly through the factory due to expensive DHL shipping), plus offered me a free case as bonus.
Very satisfied with the service.

"Not bad. Initial service response was fairly poor - mainly due to poor english, I think. But in the end, they agreed that my DOA torch was indeed faulty, and they sent me a new driver board.

All in all, could not ask for anything more - they supported the product they sold, and in a fairly timely fashion. I can recommend them.
